"I have used this service several times and have never had any problems. This time however was a different story. When I dropped the vehicle off I had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to collect it. "I returned from my honeymoon to find that when my car was returned to me it was in a terrible state, the car was covered in bird muck, and I don’t mean a small amount, also it had a scrape on the front bumper which will need repairing, the lady who bought the car back to me (was the same lady that collected the car from me) got out of the car and said I’m very sorry but we have been so busy that I did not have time to valet the car, she then asked me to inspect the car and I saw a scrape on the passenger side front bumber about 2.5 inches long, she said that it was not their when she collected the car and that we are insured so it was ok, I was horrified not only at the damage but the amount of mess on the car. I did not sign to say I was satisfied with the return of the car. On my way home I stopped at a car wash, and paid £6.99 for a car wash and i have kept the reciept, and still the bird muck has not been removed, it will need a valet, as far as the damage to the car I will be getting a quote from my Mercedes dealer to have the damage repaired and will be claiming off your insurance, so please can you send me details to enable me to do this.
Please see attached the photos, when I said to the lady that the car had been parked under a tree she said no where we park their are no trees, so I would like to see the CCTV of when the car was parked and where it was parked and also on the time when she collected the car. I would like confirmation that you can supply this to me within the next 7 days. If I do not receive this I will be taking legal action as I feel that the cost and this type of service is really disgusting from what is supposedly a respectable and professional business.

"Drop off and pickups excellent but the car had been damaged and it was covered in bird muck, disgusting state, taken pictures. Cost £6.99 for a car wash which didn't get dirt off, now has to go for a valet. Have to take car to Merc dealers for a quote for the repair of bumper. Lady who brought car back was very indifferent, said "It's okay as we are insured, no apology, said they had been too busy to clean car. Would not recommend or use again."October 22, 2007
"I left my car with FHR Valet parking service on the 12th of oct. till the 19th oct , we were met at the agreed time although we were a little late this was no problem for them left the with the return flight was 4 hours delayed after ring them when we came through immigration we recived a call saying the driver and my car were waiting for us at the drop off zone perfect service 100% better than our holliday"October 20, 2007

"First time had used this type of parking. Used to trawl around the long stay car parks looking for spaces then waiting for bus etc.
Rang valet parking prior to arrival at airport. Valet arrived after 5 minutes, very courteous and friendly. Upon return to UK car again arrived within 5 minutes. Again friendly and courteous.
Will definately use the service again and recommend to friends. Massive saving and no hassle."

"Good all round but customers for T2 have a bit of a hike to the Treminal and need to allow lots of time, the lifts take forever and the it's a long way even using the travelator, about the same as a ride from the carpark so no real saving. Arrival great, car delivered to T2, so why can't you drop off there it takes the same amount of time as a pick up?"October 8, 2007

"we phoned after collecting our baggage and were told to be at a certain place in 15 minutes. We then phoned after 30 minutes and were told they were on their way and then after 40 minutes told they were at a different terminal ! not good and we were not happy after a tiring trip to be left in cold for so long.

"Arrived at the airport and was told to go to level 5 in the short atay car park of Terminal 1 and wait for a driver . 40 minutes later I was contacted and told I was at the wrong place , should of been pick up point , finally got car uplifted amongst moans about having to pay for the parking ( the driver moans ) . "The arrival at the airport was excellent. However, coming back we were kept waiting for nearly an hour. The mobile phone number we were given wasnt answered for ages then when it was we were informed the car was on its way. Quarter of an hour later we rang again to be told he was just leaving.
I rang the main number to get re -directed to the mobile. This has shown up on my mobile bill as a premium rate number."
