"We had a good experience parking with Jetparks. Easy to locate from the directions, very full and we had to drive around for a few minutes but did find an empty space. A bus came almost immediately and took us to the Terminal where they explained the procedure when we returned. On return, a bus arrived virtually as soon as we got to the bus stop and dropped us at the park. No problems at all - we would use them again."

"Easily found, very close to airport, hard to find a space as both parks 1 & 2 were packed.Took a pen and paper and wrote down exact parking spot and nearest bus stop which was bus stop 3. On return sat on bus waiting for our stop while driver had her break - then she started to drive off car park. when we said we wanted stop 3 she said there wasn't one! We had to walk from exit back through the large car park dragging our cases at 2.30am and we were indeed parked right next to bus stop 3. This is the first time we ever used any airport parking."

"Clear directions, easy to find and staff very helpful. Close to airport so short transfer time. The only problem we found is that as it is so popular there was a large queue for the transfer coach on our return trip and so we had quite a long wait."

"We are a repeat customer and brought friends with us that we have recommended your car park to, and on our departure we were extremely disappointed when after waiting for a while the first bus would not pick us up despite being only half full. The driver said he was full and we hadnt realised till he set off that he had much spare room and seats at the back. This meant that we were late at the terminal as we had to wait a further 15 minutes resulting in losing out on having seats together with friends that we were meeting at check in."

"This is the second time I have used jet Parks at Manchester airport and will always use them from now on as they are so easy to book, use and convienient to the motorway. There is hardly any wait for the shuttle bus. Why would I want to try another car park?"

"Yet again a good experience especially on returning after midnight to find that the car had a flat battery and within 5 minutes Jet Parks had organised for a response with 'jump' leads and got us going at no expense. Realy good service.

Would recommend to anyone this car park service"

"excellent, we arrived and showed our receipt and was directed to park in an area, as soon as we locked our car a bus picked us up and dropped us at our terminal. on our return it was just as efficient, we were very pleased with the service and the price and will use again in the future, many thanks."

"Car park was easy to find on arrival at Manchester. Transfer was very efficient. On return journey it was pouring with rain at Manchester. We got on a bus immediately but unfortunately we made a mistake and got off the bus at JetPark1 instead of Jetpark2(our fault) but I think it would be helpful if JetPark issued a ticket to remind people of which car park they are in. JetPark2 was very muddy in places."

"The whole experience was good. However, coming off the bus to get back to our car, there was surface water near the bus stop and also near our car. This made it difficult to get off the bus and not get our luggage wet."

"Not very good im afraid, we nearly missed our flight because of them. Firstly, we were given the postcode for Jetpark 2 and the address for Jetpark 1 so we were a bit confused when setting up the satnav. However, we drove the 4.5 hr journey and called them just prior to arriving to get the correct postcode and arrived at Jetpark 1 as pre booked to be told it was full and to go to Manchester airport terminal 1/3 long stay. 'just follow thw signs' we were advised which we duly done...every sign but one for longstay?? We had short stay, drop off, pick up, arrivals, departures......no long stay annd if you drive up to a barrier and its the wrong one, you have to go through into the carpark to get back out. We drove around for 30 mins and even ended up on the motorway to Liverpool?? trying to find this...it didnt help that they had shut off half the short stay carpark to make it more confusing so we had to leave the car there (when we eventually found a space) and run to departures...made it with 5 mins to spare...only to be told we could not be checked in if we were leaving the terminal building. This proved too much for my cousin who ended up in tears at the thought of missing her holiday but they relented and let me go in an attempt to find this carpark that even some off the airport workers did not know where it was. I had to go to the information desk and get a very kind and helpful man to come with me and show me where it was and then take me back to departures and let us through the quick security line so we did not miss our stay. I spend some of the holiday worrying about the car as this carpark basically is not secure and anyone can get in. So no, dont use Jetparks ever if you value your holiday or your car. I booked this carpark for its amenities and security...only to get dumped in an unsecure carpark, stressed to the limit and very nearlly missed our flight - with no warning. Had they told me earlier it was full i would have booked elsewhere."

"The drop off was ok but presumably only because we luckily used jet park 2. On arrival back in the UK, we were picked up after a 10 minute wait, but then after touring around all the terminals it took over 20 minutes to get back to jet park 2.
It was pouring down and the driver said she could not drive the coach around the park so we were dropped at stop 1."

"Overall poor.
Outward journey not too bad. Easy check in and reasonably easy to park. Waited 5 - 10 mins. for bus. Crowded but driver helpful.
Return journey bus 15 - 2- mins. Bus very crowded and driver totally unhelpful. Made no announcements of stop numbers and difficult to see out of window on a wet night. Stopped at only limited number of stops so long walk to car. Unsurfaced car park meant dirty shoes treading into car.
Will not use Jetparks again ever!"

"When we arrived at Manchester airport the Jetparks car park was full. However, we were immediately redirected to the standard airport long stay car park about 2 minutes drive away, which was no problem, and was actually quicker, as we just took a ticket as we went throught he barrier, jumped on the bus, and got taken to T2 - which was even closer from this car park. Coming back was fine too - we just pressed the button on the way back out through the barrier, gave our booking reference, and got let out. All very smooth."

"The car park was very easy to find, directions were spot on. When we arrived at the car park the attendant was very helpful, and explained what to do clearly and with humor, which put us all at ease and was a brilliant way to start our holiday. On our return the bus was easy to find and when we arrived back at the car park we were able to get our car and leave quickly with no hassle. Excellent service definitely use the car park again."

"Usually, our parking with Jet Parks is totally problem free. This time, the car park our instructions directed us to was full and we had to go to the second site. This too was full and we were sent to T1/T3 long stay car park. We were told that we would need to key in our reference number to get in and again to get out. The directions to get there were poor. On arrival, we did not need to key any number in at all. We took the bus and crossed our fingers for the return trip. On our return, we caught the bus and found our car with no problem. Trying to leave was a different matter. There was nowhere to 'key in' any reference number. Putting our ticket in the slot gave us a message asking for payment. My partner pressed the help button and a few attempts later, we escaped. This wasn't a major problem but not the usual smooth running operation and not something we wanted to deal with after a long journey at 11pm with a long drive ahead. We have often paid slightly more to use Jet Parks because of their reliability but, to be totally honest, we will think twice next time."

"Arriving very late and being told by the car park attendant that he was not sure there were any places available was not very reassuring. They should know, are there, or are there not car parking spaces available.

Coming back the signs for the shuttle bus back to the car park were very confusing. I went to the wrong bus stop, the one for independent car parks.

The driver of the bus was bordering on surly and the bus was overful. So that passengers could get off, half the bus and their luggage had to get off the bus to get out of the way. The bus only had one entry and exit. No assistance was given to quite older members of the public. Luckily the passengers helped each other.

So if you are young and fit. This is the service for you! I am giving it a 2 as it was cheap."

"I will not be using the JetParks service again. We had to wait half and hour for the bus to arrive, not the 10 to 15 mins promised. With T2 being the third pick up, the bus was overfull when we got on. With people standing on the bus and baggage racks full it was difficult for people to get on and off with their baggage. At JP2 the bus did not go around the park to drop off at the different bus stages but dropped off at the entrance. It was a long dirty walk in the rain to pick up our car.
I have used other, cheaper, quicker and better services off site."
