"Dropped my car off early morning on the 13th June while i was on the bus pulling away my attention was drawn to my car speeding away to the undercover car park,it was been driven with total disrespect and way too fast,i knew this because the exhaust back pressure bangs the exhaust on hard acceleration if i had not have been on the bus i would have gone straight back into the office and kicked off big time.May i remind APH they have a duty off care when customers entrust and leave the cars with them you certainly don't expect to see it driven off like some yob has just stolen it.I have used APH for the last 7 years but after witnessing this will look at other places in the future.If you have a performance car think twice before booking it in here.Very disappointed in what i saw."June 29, 2018
"An awful experience all together. Airport Postcode is given as M90 1QX which is not the postcode for the car park described for T1/T3 long stay car park. Arrived at the wrong car park only to be given direction to a multi storey car park, then again being directed to the car park above. You obviously don't appreciate how difficult it is trying to driving a car and at the same time looking for exits to a car park and every road is redirected because of roadwork in the airport. I nearly missed the flight because I was driving around in circles because of lack of directions.
"Excellent company, will definitely use them again. The check in procedure was quick and easy and the transfer to the airport didn't take long. On our return, a quick text to them (following simple instructions we were given) and we were picked up at the stated bus stop and taken back to the car park. "The service for both drop-off and collect were both perfect and expedient.
Residing near Birmingham, I find the airport both slow and unfriendly, when it comes to passenger convenience - so I use Manchester or Heathrow.
A recent trip involved off-site parking for 12 days, and having used a near-by offsite parking (Manchester) to my disaster last year, I re-found APH and was very glad to have done so.
Short, regular and efficient service from Park to Terminal, and same by return.
Will definitely use this 5-Star service again!"
"We have used APH Manchester lots of times but this is the last. Unfortunately my wife was in hospital overseas and our return was delayed. I notified APH customer services who sent a reply saying that Manchester had been notified and asking me to let them know our return details as soon as we knew them. I emailed the return details and did not get a reply so I got my brother to ring Manchester direct, the morning after I had a reply from customer services confirming the details had been passed on. When we arrived at Manchester I sent the text and we went to the collection bus shelter where a bus was waiting, the man pushing the wheelchair put an extra spurt on and we got to the door. The driver told us we had to wait for another bus, his attitude was awful, I was very annoyed that a vulnerable passenger was left shivering in a windy bus shelter to wait for the next bus. On our return to the car park we were told that they had not been notified of our return. Never again will we use APH."February 18, 2018
"We have used this car park before, several times in fact. Always been very pleased with the experience that’s why we’ve returned.
Generally I think you really find out what the company is like when something goes wrong for you which it did for us yesterday.
Our flight landed, we collected bags, texted APH caught the bus to collect the car and were then informed that the suspension spring on our car had collapsed. We couldn’t drive so neede to arrange Collection. These things happen, so we called RAC and waited 5 hours for the transporter!!
The APH chaps chatted to us, made us tea got lunch for us when they got theirs and were generally fantastic. Such a smashing bunch of lads and even the manager came and checked on us a couple of times. As I say, APH definitely don’t make a drama out of a crisis they made us as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much. Hopefully the next time we see you the process will be smoother and we won’t have to stay so long. Thanks again."

"We normally use Jet parks and decided to try an alternative as its expensive,found yours was cheaper , it was very easy to find
when we arrived we parked right outside walked straight to reception,as it was raining this was great, left keys at reception and away we went ,bus driver was very help full with bags and cases.On our return we got on wrong bus ,your staff were very understanding ,when we arrived at reception our car was outside waiting for us .Other parks have not been nearly as good and we will be using this car park in the future,Thanks to all staff for making this an effortless experience."

"We have used this for a few years now, very handy.
Unfortunately, once again, APH and Manchester airport have cocked it up again. We got back to terminal 2 on the 18/10/17 only to find that the pick up point shown to us seven days before was now a building site, no through road.
We could only see one pick up point, when we got there it was for Jetparks, no signs for APH.
Just like the time before, except then it was dark wet and windy in the middle of winter, every one was queuing at the designated point, again no bus. We were eventually told to go to the other side of the terminal. We found their bus but the driver said there was a group missing, they had not got the sense to ring them or us about the change.
No more Manchester or APH.
Doncaster is the best, you can be in your car and away within 45 minutes of touchdown if all goes smoothly. Manchester luggage collection is awful, first load of cases come off quickly every time, the next lot can be upto 1/2 hour later.
It's certainly worth spending a bit more to travel from a better airport."
"I had used the APH parking service a Manchester Airport over a period of many years, sometime with business and holidays this came to five or six stays with them per year. Over the years I had seen the service decline especially the timescale in terms of collection from the airport. So I reverted to other means of getting the airport or parking. However, I thought I would give APH another go for my two week holiday in early October.
The check-in on the morning of 1st October was very slow, one member of staff seemed to be doing everything and the drive to the airport was slow and being terminal 2 we were the last drop off. However, on our return on the evening of 15th October, quite a quiet Sunday evening, we were not initially given any instructions as to the pick up point using their text service. When I phoned we were given incorrect instructions and when I phone second time I was given instructions that we could not carry out because my wife is disabled and the walking distance was too far for her. APH had no solution so got a taxi to take us at a cost on £11.25 to the parking place in Northerden. Then my car was not in the place directed to and spent ten minutes with a member of their staff trying to find it.
I will not use this firm again, very unimpressed with their efforts"
"Have been parking on the Sharston site for 20+ years, noticed a decline in the service. The final straw was when we text the company we were ready for pick up and waited 40 minutes for the bus to turn up.
The driver then was told to go and pick up other passengers from another terminal. It took 1hr 10mins from the time we text to the time we arrived at the car park.
They have at least 3 service buses we noted, their office told us they only had a total of 3 drivers on the rota.
As this is a customer based service think they need to put their hands in their pockets and employ a few more. Terrible service not what you want after a long flight. APH sorry won't use you again."
"We have used APH for a number of years and the service is just excellent. Buses are constant so you never have to wait long either to get to the Airport or to be returned for your car. We have on a couple of occasions had to cancel one being today due to the collapse of Monarch and the cancellation is so quick and easy and a refund done straight away. "Overall impressed. First time of using it. Booking in simple, bussed to the Airport immediately as full bus waiting. Not sure how long the wait would be if bus waits to be full before leaving.
On return, again fortunate to board a bus immediately, which again was full.
On checking my bank statement, I have been charged more than the amount advised on the email booking form. Have advised Customer Services, who are looking into this.
Would not use APH again if going on a golfing holiday, as lugging the clubs and case on and off the bus would not be an option I would relish.
