-On Departure to my trip, the greeting person was already at the meet&greet (M&G) point (dealing with other arriving customer) so I did not have to wait.
-On arrival, I called them as soon as I had the luggage with me, told me to wait inside the airport to go to the M&G point so I would not get wet as It was raining hard. I waited 12 minutes head outside in the rain, they were not there, had to call them again and waited for 5 more minutes in the rain. NOT FUN."
"With regards to swift meet and great, the drop off went without a hitch however on return i was somewhat dis-appointed with the time it took to return my car and it took two phone calls both of which seemed a bit vague......it was on the return that i was presented with a car park ticket and told i would have to pay £1 to get out of the car park, where as i didn't really have a big issue with the cost it was being presented with this having just returned from a foreign country, i believe there is an opportunity for the company to either increase their price by £1 and supply this or just give you the cost anyway."June 7, 2012

"We called the number about 10 minutes before we arrived. After waiting a further 25 minutes we called again. The man who came apologised and said the person who took our call had forgotten about us!! He wasn't happy either as the car had been there much longer than the designated 15 minutes turnaround time. "Used various park and go services before at other airports but this was not the best. The actual service was fine, dropped the car off met by a rep and a ok. On return called the number and was greeted at the drop off point on time. So why not the best? Well firstly the staff didn't have uniforms so I till they approached you with a booking sheet you had no idea whom they were or what they were doing walking around. Secondly the distance between the drop off point and the departures / arrival long was a good ten minute walk with luggage. Other services usually have the advantage of having the drop off area very close to the main building and with two young kids plus luggage this is a huge advantage which is what I feel I want to pay for. If I had known the distance was this far I could have saved a bit and parked in a long stay and taken the shuttle bus in. Finally car wax covered in leaves and flower buds do I can only assume that it was parked under a tree, which I'm hoping when I wash it this weekend find only leaves and no sap on the body work. "This was the worst meet and greet service I have ever used. The drop-off was difficult as the one rep on duty was busy with other customers so we had to wait 20 minutes. To avoid the same problems on the way back we rang when the flight landed. We explained to what we thought was a child who answered the phone that we had yet to clear customs no warning was given that this may cause an issue. When we finally got to the car and tried to take it through the barrier we had to pay an additional £7.90. I rang to request a refund and was told it my fault for calling too early. "I would not use your company again. On return from my trip your instructions say to call when at baggage collection. When I did you driver said he would be 15 / 20 mins. "The service provided by swift was good. They said it would be 20 mins to bring the car back and it was exactly which minimised my time waiting in the cold.
Unfortunately Park and Go had not notified them of my booking so they weren't expecting me - however they took charge of the car immediately and all was well."

"NEVER EVER USE Swift Park Meet and Greet, they are in my opinion a bunch of COWBOYS! I called 20 minutes before the pick up time, and was told that they would be there are on time; they were not! I continue to call they did not answer they arrived nearly 20 minutes late - I missed my flight and had to pay an extra £50.00 to be transferred to the next available flight - on return was told to call once I was through security then told it would be 15 minutes - they gave me my car then told me it would be £1.00 to get out of the carpark.... other services I saw whilst there gave their customers the £1.00 to get out of the car park. "The general tone of staff members answering our calls on our way to the airport and after collecting baggage on return left us a bit uncertain, but overall service was OK.
There were slight delays on both outward and inward journeys. On the way out we called 35 mins before arriving at Luton but still waited 5 to 10 mins upon arrival for someone to collect the car. On our return we were told 15 minutes after collecting luggage. However, our car did not arrive for 25 minutes. So, add about 10 to 15 minutes to any timescale given."

"The service was appalling. The M25 was shut so we missed our flight, and as such arrived at the airport much later than the predicted drop off time when booking this service. We rang 20 minutes away from Luton airport, and SWIFT said us being later than the predicted time of drop off was a problem for them to collect the car, and in the end, after many many phone calls from us to 4 different numbers, they got a driver from another company to collect our car 45 minutes after we had arrived at the drop off point, and as such we had to pay £10 for the short term ticket for him to get the car out of the car park!!
When we returned, we were on the right flight, rang SWIFT when collecting our luggage, and they said 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes and several phone calls later the car finally arrived, and the mileage showed the car had done 1 mile since I dropped it off..!!
All in all a bad experience that cost us an extra £10 and had us waiting over an hour in total for our car in the cold with 2 young children, long term car park and the bus would be my choice from now on (or one of the other meet and greet services that showed up regularly whilst we were waiting).
I will be asking SWIFT for a refund for the parking and the extra £10 we paid for the short term car park, but will not hold my breath based on the service so far."
"Our car was collected, stored and returned safely to us when we returned. However, the driver was 20 minutes late to collect our car, which made for an anxious dash to check in and was similarly late to return it to us. Communication was also poor, as the mobile numbers that we had been given were often switched off or unanswered. "Printable booking needs to include mobile numbers for the guys on the ground. Nearly missed the flight 'cos the office was closed until 5am which delayed drop off. On pick up, driver demanded £10 extra in cash after flight was delayed 8 hours by snow."February 6, 2012

"It was freezing when we arrived at Luton Airport. We had telephoned ahead as requested by this Company. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to arrive to collect the car while we froze, which did not make a good impression.
However, this was nothing compared with when we came to collect the car. We were told to be at the collection area in 10 minutes which we were. 25 minutes later the driver turned up saying they had to defrost the car. Utter rubbish of course as it takes about 3 minutes to defrost ours normally. To add insult to injury we then had to pay anouther £1 just to exit the pick-up area, something never mentioned at any time.
Just don't use this 3rd rate outfit - pay a bit more if necessary to a Company who understands customers and their needs."
