Totally let down by paying extra for getting car out of multi-storey. Delay at passport control meant our car was waiting for us for too long and we were charged for collection. I’m aware this is in documentation but could have been advised when I rang as said ‘I’m in a long cue at passport control!’. You do this every day and when challenged explained that what happened to us happens to loads of people every day. As the most expensive service on offer at Luton this is poor customer service. Despite road and building works we found the access to the multi story car park very easy to find. The only problem, which was not your fault, was the long ques for passport control upon our return. This meant that the "free" parking slot for collecting our cars had expired and it looked like we might have to pay a surcharge. However your friendly & efficient staff saved the day and we did not have to pay the excess. I would definitely use your service again. April 3, 2018
