I waited years for Luton to get itself a decent car park. When it finally did, why did they decide to make it the most expensive in the country? Dearer than the international hub of Heathrow for a short-haul regional, budget airport! It is marketed as having "direct access to the terminal" It does not, it has direct access to the bus stops outside the terminal and if it's raining you'll get soaked. Please also remember to take a pair of binoculars with you as you will need them to negotiate your way out of the car park with it's minuscule signs. Oh yes, and the bays aren't numbered either because that would make it much easier to find your car. Let the council run an airport, this is what you get. August 1, 2018
I pre-paid for 4 days parking working out at £2.45 per hour. My flight was delayed for 5 hours and I was charged £55 extra (5 times what I paid). No apology, no refund offered. I paid over half my total parking in over payment charges. £165 to park for 4 days in the end - disgraceful service., June 2, 2018
