"Good car park, close to the terminal, short transfer time. Traffic problems meant there was a delay getting a bus on return and a bit of a scramble, everybody trying to make sure they got on.
Exit machine not working, so some poor bloke had to stand there taking evrybody's bits of paper and leting them out; otherwise among the smoothest to use."

"I have used this car park twice now at Luton, both times were very easy.
The bus service to the terminal is excellent, on entry to the car park there are signs indicating spaces,bus shelters are only a short distance which is important if you have a lot of luggage. The bus drops you off right outside the terminal building.
On the return journey, again very easy. The wait for the bus was only 5 minutes, I found my car easily, to exit the car park this time I pressed the intercom button, gave my booking number and straight out.

"We booked our airport parking online in advance through purple parking and the whole system was a farce. No instructions arrived as to the payment process. As it turned out the correct process to enter and leave the car-park was by presseng the "Assitance" button at the gate but it was constantly engaged (so an angry que formed behind us...) The ticket had directions printed on it telling us to use the payment machine inside the airport but it tried to charge us 50% extra. When we finally left there was a lady at the gate exting everyone manually and she didn't check wether we'd payed at all."

"Reasonably priced, easy parking at Luton. Only a few minutes from the airport. Didnt have to wait for a bus for more than 5 minutes in either direction. Cheaper than taking a taxi. Would recommend it."

"I found luton mid term to provide a great value service, for 26 pounds I was able to leave my car not 5 minutes via a bus to the main terminal and would definately use it again"

"What a truly awful service, we got back to out car with a flat tyre, due to the sharp stones; I had to spend 20mins with a foot pump. Then when we got the exit the ticket did not work and the man on the phone system said we didn’t have a reservation, this took another 15minutes, after which there was no apology for accusing us for not pre-booking. He later found the reservation and claimed it had not been processed, there was no apology…"

"No real problems. Slow getting out as other drivers not organized in how they paid etc and intercom to give booking reference engaged a while before you could exit."

"The people who operate the exit gate for pre-paid customers are not well trained and the procedure to get out is not clear.
Once you insert your ticket and see the wrong (non-discounted) price displayed there are no instructions about what to do. You have to press the intercom button and eventually someone will then answer and ask you for your prepaid code. When you give this they eventually acknowledge that this is OK but don't then do anything else (like eg opening the barrier) - neither do they tell you what to do. You need to press the cancel button and only at that stage does the barrier rise. Shambolic service...."

"A very good car park with excellent regular bus service to terminal. Only minor criticism is that the confirmation email provides no info on how to exit the car park (you have to press the intercom button and provide your booking reference)."

"Close to airport block. Bus transfer very quick and easy. The car parking lanes could be better marked with clearer nos; preferably on signs at sight line level rather than roughly painted on tarmac."

"Very convenient. Close to terminal. In fact if you don't have much luggage you can easily walk to the terminal from this car park and avoid waiting for the bus."

"Since you have removed the desk in the arrivals hall the time to exit the car park has more than doubled.
A large queue of cars were having trouble with the exit barrier intercom operator. It seemed as though you only had one operator who was engaged answering other exiting cars.
I had to wait for nearly 15minutes to exit barrier."

"Used to be quick and easy. Now you have to call the office from a phone on the exit gate. I had to try 6 times before the phone connected and then the person could not hear what I was saying. Others had the same experience and there was a long queue of cars trying to exit. Took 15 minutes to get out of the car park."

"was secure and light. Exit was not so good, as first time and did not know that one just had to press once and wait even if line was occupied. Then operatore did not say that ticket had to be removed so that barrier opened. Otherwise would recommend."

"No trouble parking and onward bus. However return was awful. Instructions to drive up to barrier and use intercom to get barrier raised. 20 minute queue to get to barrier because intercom was busy and most people were having to wait a minute or two for reply from control. Complete shambles."

"The instruction for what to do on return (to Luton) are not good.
I put the ticket into the machine and was told I had £75 to pay.
Eventually, afetr trying the airport and your numbers (all closed at 11pm) I eventually saw the phone symbol on the exirbarrier and got through to an operator who asked for ref number and name. Then the barrier was opened.
Please change instructions"

"The carpark arrangements and transfer to and from the airport were fine but on leaving the car park I was asked to pay massively more than I had already pre-paid. The intercom attendant had to look up the booking details before I could exit without paying the additional sum. I noticed that the driver a the other exit barrier experienced the same issue. Either you have a seriously flawed system that I hope is due to a temporary fault or this is very sharp practice, verging on fraud."

"The parking was good, however the exit was problematic. The card was not accepted and the full fee was requested. The attendant had to deal with the matter and all the paperwork had to be produced. This resulted in excess delays. Really disappointing as the technology lrt us down."
