"Finding a space wasn`t easy on a saturday morning we ended up almost as far back as you could go.
Still not far from the bus stop and hardly any waiting either for departure or arrival.
I have paid a lot more in the past to be bussed in from 20 minutes away so the 5 minutes to the airport is great.
Validating the ticket on return was quick and easy.
Would recommend mid term parking to anyone."

Price would be better, in particular for regular users putting on place a bonus or discount scheame."

"Excellent we were picked up by the curtesy bus within five minuites of arriving at 3am and on our return we only had to wait a few minuites for the return bus to our car."

"Very easy to find, good bus service and the validation process remarkably quick and simple to use.

The only reservation would be the actual car park surface which was pretty poor and there are not space / lane marking so that you need to identify some good landmarks in order to find your car on return.

But overall a very good service and rasonable valeu for money"

"We had no trouble finding this carpark, finding a parking bay was a little more difficult, it seems to be very popular. We parked our car on a Friday morning at 04h00. There are no sign posts to the bus stop so you have to wing it! We approched a bus in the near vicinity only to find it was being cleaned and the bus stop was 500yds further away. When we reached it there were at least 20 people waiting in the cold to be transported to the terminal. Within 5 minutes a bus approached, and drove straight past because it was full! We waited another 5 minutes before a bunch of us decided to walk to the terminal. It's not far, but I wouldn't recommend it because crossing the main road is treacherous! On our return 4 days later, we had no problem validating our parking ticket at the kiosk, got the bus, and were pleased to find our car just as we had left it."

"Good location, quick transfer, not too difficult to find a parking position. Good signage.

Good saving on pre booked deal.

"Arriving back mid-day Saturday, the bus was too small, leaving customers behind at the terminal. Because of the difficulty of travellers getting off the bus, this increased delays to well over the promised 10 minutes exacerbating the problem. Should be better anticipated as BCP should have a good idea of the numbers returning. The rest worked well enough."

"The car park was fine and we only waited five minutes to get the bus back to it after our trip. The main problem we had was having waited in the early morning to get the bus from the car park to the airport, when it came - after 10 - 15 minutes it was filled and the driver who was very sullen, would not let us on. We asked when the next bus would be an he muttered that it was the same bus an we woul have to wait until he got back. We, and several other customers, decided to walk to the terminal building."

"Easy to find and entry and exit was simple and straightforward.

There were very few spaces when we parked, we must have had one of the last ones available. This could have been an issue if there wasn't any left and I wonder if there is any contigency for this as we had pre-booked the space. It doesn't help that other cars are often poorly parked and therefore the available space isn't maximised."

"The booking process and your website was excellent. Upon arrival though, we found it very difficult to find a parking space. We spent about 20 minutes driving round the car park, eventually having to wait until someone else returned and vacated a space before we could leave our car. There were many other people doing the same. The return pick-up was fine. I did also notice two cars that had been broken into, which was off-putting to say the least!"

"1 there was no clear sign on the outside of carpark for BCP customers so I got lost this cost me 10 mins when dropping off.
2 When we arrived back to luton yesterday we had to validate our ticket there was a que of nearly 30 people waiting at the ncp desk to do this ..It took 20 mins to do this.. Totally unacceptable.. At gatwick everything is image recognition and automatic"

"I found the use of the mid term parking exceptionally easy and convenient. Only one minor problem with the validation of the ticket for exit purposes. As I hadnt fully read the instructions I went to the exit barrier without having the ticket validated and the intercom was permanently engaged and eventually the machine swallowed the ticket. It was quite quickly rectified when I went to the office. I accept that this problem was of my own making but perhaps a sign immediately before arriving at the barrier could ask whether you have had you ticket validated which would have prompted me. I am sure that I am not the only person that this happened to. If I had been able to get through on the intercom when at the barrier I would have rated this as a 5"

"Parking this time not as good as normal as the buses were quite a long time coming and the 2nd evening bus was completely packed so I had to wait for another bus, which was equally packed. The situation was not helped by people standing by the door with enormous suitcases. I think you must consider re-configuring the buses to accommodate more luggage space and probably in 2 locations on the bus."

"Easy to get to despite the nightmare roadworks currently at Luton.

Efficient bus service.

Downside is the car park surface - very rough, leading to fears for yours tyres. Surely with the amount of money Luton charges for parking they can afford to lay a proper surface?"

"This was parking at Luton Airport. There were a lot of raod works all the way up to the airport. I was early
but no doubt many travellers would have been stuck in traffic and panicking! A bit of advice about leaving plenty of time to reach the airport would have helped. Booking in was no problem and a bus arrived quickly. The return journey was a different matter. It took a very long time, too long in my opinion for a mid term parking bus to arrive. My problem however was that I had not validated my pre-paid ticket in the airport. I had left instructions in the car, after reading how to get in. The NCP office was closed and it took me over half an hour to find someone to help me. I was not amused! I don't think it is made clear that the office is actually in the arrival hall and not on site. I will know for next time, but the only reason i parked at the more expensive mid term car park was that I needed to make a quick exit on arrival. It took me two hours from touch down to driving away."

"Parking service was fine - only 2 things to add, 1.) it would have been easy to miss out on some of the info required to get out and 2.) a simple lay-out map of the car park with bus stops to help us remember position of car with a cross (for the simple-minded at 6am!) . We got it right but not easy."

"Basically OK but for a business park and at the price the shuttle buses should run more frequently in my view . Also Single entry buses are not good for this type of transport"
