"The ease of parking was brilliant, pick up from the car park to the terminal very good, value for money not bad, driver cheerful and helpful.
Now the minus points.
Waiting for a bus for 30 minutes at midnight was totally unacceptable, driver was uncommunicative and miserable. My opinion completely changed from will use again to probably won't use again."

"The car park is below normal standard and over priced.
Cars are parked on loose stones and wheeling bags is also impeded by stones on the road.
The buses are old and inadequate. On our late night return a jobs worth coach driver kept us all waiting refusing to move until the coach was crammed to capacity. This also made disembarkation at the first bus stop chaotic and unpleasant."

"The service was excellent, thank you.
The only negative point was that some travellers crowded onto the bus on the return trip in the evening from the airport back to the car park even though there was no room left on the bus. This wasn't your fault but just their ignorance.
The bus was very prompt and very quick and I shall use it again.
"WE WERE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD USING THE MIDTERM PARKING AT LUTON FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE INSTRUCTIONS ON LINE WERE VERY CLEAR AND WE HAD NO PROBLEM VERYFYING OUR CARD ON OUR RETURN TO LUTON. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO COMMENT ON THE STATE OF THE CARPARK WHICH WAS FULL OF HUGE POTHOLES FULL OF WATER AS IT WAS POURING WITH RAIN BOTH ON OUR DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL. "Very good service. I booked with ease, paid by credit card; arrived at the airport; parking was easy to find; I found a parking place very close to the bus-stop; the bus arrived very quickly both outbound and inbound journeys.

"The mid-term car park is very close to the airport, and the transfer took only a couple of minutes.
The only criticism, as others ahve noted, is that the surface of the car park is not paved but is instead stone chippings, which it is difficult to pull a wheeled suitcase over."

"Almost within walking distance of the airport, and with fairly constant circulation of buses to the terminals.
The bus pickup points are a long way from the outer section of cars (and the park was almost full when we used it last weekend), so it can be a bit of a hike to get a bus or get back to the car. The surface isn't great either, with great chunks of gravel making up the farther spaces and spilling onto the connecting roads.
The most irritating thing is having to 'validate' your ticket at the counter inside the terminal before you can get out after return. Apparently the system can't tell that you've already paid online (pretty dumb system!)."

"Finding a space wasn`t easy on a saturday morning we ended up almost as far back as you could go.
Still not far from the bus stop and hardly any waiting either for departure or arrival.
I have paid a lot more in the past to be bussed in from 20 minutes away so the 5 minutes to the airport is great.
Validating the ticket on return was quick and easy.
Would recommend mid term parking to anyone."

"Very easy to find, good bus service and the validation process remarkably quick and simple to use.
The only reservation would be the actual car park surface which was pretty poor and there are not space / lane marking so that you need to identify some good landmarks in order to find your car on return.
But overall a very good service and rasonable valeu for money"
"We had no trouble finding this carpark, finding a parking bay was a little more difficult, it seems to be very popular. We parked our car on a Friday morning at 04h00. There are no sign posts to the bus stop so you have to wing it! We approched a bus in the near vicinity only to find it was being cleaned and the bus stop was 500yds further away. When we reached it there were at least 20 people waiting in the cold to be transported to the terminal. Within 5 minutes a bus approached, and drove straight past because it was full! We waited another 5 minutes before a bunch of us decided to walk to the terminal. It's not far, but I wouldn't recommend it because crossing the main road is treacherous! On our return 4 days later, we had no problem validating our parking ticket at the kiosk, got the bus, and were pleased to find our car just as we had left it."June 6, 2007

"Arriving back mid-day Saturday, the bus was too small, leaving customers behind at the terminal. Because of the difficulty of travellers getting off the bus, this increased delays to well over the promised 10 minutes exacerbating the problem. "The car park was fine and we only waited five minutes to get the bus back to it after our trip. The main problem we had was having waited in the early morning to get the bus from the car park to the airport, when it came - after 10 - 15 minutes it was filled and the driver who was very sullen, would not let us on. We asked when the next bus would be an he muttered that it was the same bus an we woul have to wait until he got back. "Easy to find and entry and exit was simple and straightforward.
There were very few spaces when we parked, we must have had one of the last ones available. This could have been an issue if there wasn't any left and I wonder if there is any contigency for this as we had pre-booked the space. It doesn't help that other cars are often poorly parked and therefore the available space isn't maximised."
"The booking process and your website was excellent. Upon arrival though, we found it very difficult to find a parking space. We spent about 20 minutes driving round the car park, eventually having to wait until someone else returned and vacated a space before we could leave our car. "1 there was no clear sign on the outside of carpark for BCP customers so I got lost this cost me 10 mins when dropping off.
2 When we arrived back to luton yesterday we had to validate our ticket there was a que of nearly 30 people waiting at the ncp desk to do this ..It took 20 mins to do this.. Totally unacceptable.. At gatwick everything is image recognition and automatic"
