"We used this car park first in April of this year.Thought it to be of great value for money and perfectly situated for the Terminal.We used a different off-site car park in July(long stay)-1st and last time!!So we came back in September.Still good prices and even better bus service with very frequent pick ups -therefore you are not packed onto the bus like sardines,and more importantly,polite drivers."

"as usual a miserable experience, ok going into the airport but that is rare. On the way back in the lashing rain full bus so we had to all wait for the next one then got a bus with no middle doors so absolute chaos trying to get off a packed bus in the rain with a big bag. The carpark is a joke, it needs resurfacing so badly. All the money they take you think they could have improved it by now. Its rubbish but the bus driver had a good sense of humour thru all."

"Quite expensive parking but very handy for the terminal. Frequent shuttle bus service and trip to the terminal is ~10 minutes by foot. Relatively easy to find spaces."

"Our trip to Luton Airport was all very simple. The signposting for the car park was easy. The shuttle bus came within a few minutes. Altogether it was a good experience. So much so I will be booking again to use the car park in December."

"The frequency of pick up buses from Park to terminal of 10 mins seems too long given the relatively close proximity. I believe a walking option would be of benefit. The size of the bus is sub standard. Having been a frequent user of Pink Elephant at Stansted where they use bendy buses, it was disappointing that not all queuing passegers at airport could get on. Also the prepaid mechanism is also not up to scratch. I did not validate my ticket at the terminal and therefore was not sure what needed to be done. Of course I will accept the responsibilty of this oversight but the fact that the operator on intercom was not overly obliging (it is her job afterall) in making this any easier. Basically as a prepaid client, I should be able to insert my credit card into the gate barrier machine and be identified that way - like Pink Elephant Stansted.

"Car parking and transport (3 -4 min) to &from terminal were fine, but

"Pro's: Close to the airport. Regular bus shutle service.

Con's: Not secure (although no trouble experienced). Buses are not equipped to take luggage properly."

"We had to wait 20mins for the bus to take us to departures rather than the published 10 mins. But the distance is short and travel time quick.

"We arrived at about 5am on a Tuesday, found a place easily, and a bus took us immediatly to the terminal. Our ticket was valiated quickly and efficiently on our return, and we only waited a couple of minutes for the bus to take us back to the car park. Good price, efficient service. We will use again."

"First flight out in the morning, and last flight home - airport buses were there for ur within minutes. Add this to the closeness to the terminal, and all was quick and smooth..

"We arrived very early in the morning and were suprised that there was a queue to get to the gate for Mid term parking. As there were no buses, presumably because of the queue we had to walk up to the airport. Similarly on the way home, this time late at night, there were no buses so we had to walk again. I find it slightly peverse that the mid term bus stop is the furthest from the terminal building and seems to have the fewest buses."

"Finding the mid term car park was easy, taking a car park ticket was a little confusing when we got to the car park as we had pre-booked and didn't understand why until we returned from holiday. The buses run every 5-10 mins so we didn't wait longer than a few mins. A little map of where to get your ticket stamped when you've pre-booked would have been really useful as part of the set of instructions. Overall fairly simple and easy facility to use that's less than a couple of mins from the terminal building at Luton."

"We found the advance info & sign posting etc. for arrival all spot on. We forgot to validate our parking ticket in the terminal on our return. Nonetheless your bus driver said we needn't go back and/or miss the bus as we could just call the office from the exit barrier. This worked perfectly first time and the person on the other end was helpful, extremely courteous and released the barrier promptly. The cost seems a tad high but no doubt its the market rate.
But overall very pleased; well done!"

"The car parking itself was fine. However BCP gave me two incorrect pieces of information in their instructions. The validation point is not where they said it is and I needed my booking reference in order to get my tocket validated, not just the ticket I took on arrival."

"The parking itself is fine. however due to the congestion at the terminal it really hinders the travel to and from the parking. Infact after waiting 20 mins, for a bus (your add said 5 - 10 mins) we walked to the mid term park. We had bike bags and given the lack of transport and the number of people needing the bus we would not have been able to get on."
