"I left my car for 6 days. The car park was ok and I was satisfied with the sevice.The only problem I had was finding it when I arrived. I think there should be more signs for the long term car park.I will use it in the future."

"Car Park was fine; signage only OK. Waited a long time for the bus to take us to the airport - 20 minutes at a bus stop that was roped off as "unsafe" in poor weather.

Payment at airport was excellent and trip back to car park was fine but it would help if the drivers announced the stop numbers as you approached them, particularly in the dark as they are not lit and if you don't spot them in time, they drive straight past. And it would also help if the drivers looked at you, smiled or tried the art of conversation. In other words, a little bit of customer service!

Overall, not bad and would I use it again; probably yes."

"The transfer buses were frequent even after midnight - no delays or hanging around. The journey was quite lenghty, but this was at least partly due to roadworks, so hardly the fault of the parking operator."

"Directions to the car park from the M1 were made a bit tricky because of the road works and diversions but it was quite close and cheap for a long term parking place compared to major airports. Transfers were good. Payments after booking would have been easier at a machine if this were possible by entering a booking code, as I didn't initially know where the payment desk was. I will certainly use it again though."

"I was at first surprised to find that the BCP/NCP Airport Long Term Parking fees for the single day I needed was quite so much cheaper than the other options I had researched on Google, including the others listed on your site.
I can report that all aspects of the system worked well for its general purpose and I cannot imagine that the more expensive equivalents or even further away options would or could have provided anything better.
I can also report that I received very helpful and expeditious assistance from a bus driver and a member of staff at Control when faced with a crisis of my own making.
Altogether I would give it a five star rating especially for my experience in the early morning of May 9th 2007 but also on my return later that night in that all was courteous and efficient.

PS, Noting your bullet point 4 below, I would suggest it should also be your practice to pass on positive comment with or without contact details - IMHO this is equally important for them to reasonably assess the quality of their provision in term of customer satisfaction."

"I have used airport parking services at Luton Airport before and was very pleased with the service. I beleive it was the mid stay where a little min bus came. This time wasn't as good... due to road works the signs weren't great and it is further away than I thought, but that said, the bus turned up and we arrived at the terminal without a hitch. Returning home was equally painless and even remember where my car was! For the price I would definatly use this service again."

"On airport car park. Courtesy buses quite regular - every few minutes. Spaces were not so easy to find. Road works around the airport are a nuisance. Security didn't appear to be very tight and the car park could be an easy target for theft. Other than these issues, the car park was reasonable value for money."

"Excellent location right on the airport. Very good regular bus - did not have to wait, even at 3am. I used an off site provider last time but will always use the BCP car park now, even if it costs more. Excellent."

"Car parking was easy and stress free with regular bus service to and from the terminal. Only problem encountered was the current road works on the way into the long term carpark, diversions in place are not easy to follow and not clearly sign posted which resulted in a number of motorists having to drive round more than once, this caused traffic build up as it was obvious some people were lost and confused"

"The parking was easy to find and was clearly signposted even with the roadworks that were going on near the airport. There was ample parking and as soon as we got to the bus stop a bus pulled up.On returning home the ticket validation desk was easy to find and the bus stop back to the carpark was right near to the airport exit. We had a few minutes wait for a bus and we were dropped off right near to where our car was parked. I would definitely use this service again as it was very reasonably priced and easy to use. Thank you."

"i thought the pink signs were quite small and having missed the first one, got a bit lost. however when we eventually did find it, we found a space quickly and quite near to a bus stop. we didnt have long to wait in either direction. Would use it again when flying from Luton."

"Finding the car park was difficult due to the road works. We ended up in a private car park for a nearby factory.

Once we got in to the car park, everything was fine, the bus came within the time stated and we found the car in good order when we got back."

"I booked online and received all the information immediately by e.mail. The cost was the cheapest I found. and the car park was very close to the airport. On landing I went to the NCP car park validation desk and validated my ticket.The bus was waiting when I left the terminal building. All this means I had a very positive experience using your service."

"The only problem I found was the directions to the long stay car-park. There were road works in place around the airport which necessitated a diversion, however the temporary diversion signs were very small to read and not eye catching particularly at 4.30am and in the dark. As a result, I followed the pre-diversion route towards the airport which I had known from earlier visits. This route was very congested and eventually after about 20 minutes when I neared the terminal,I was turned back which turned my leisurly non stressful drive into a later than planned stressful affair.
My comment would be to advise whoever is responsible for the type of signs used to improve their directional visibility.
I drive 40,000 miles per annum throughout the UK and would stress that I am not someone who is not used to finding my way about.
Other than that, no problems with the parking itself.

"Pick up and delivery service from/to car park was excellent. While matters are made difficult by the extensive local road works by the airport, the signposting to enable one to find the car park was atrocious."
