"Booked with BCP, it was straight forward. Signposts to carpark were highly visible, parked up, coach arrived within minutes, journey to airport was quick.
The same happened on return, coach arrived just as we got to bus stop. Very efficient."

"Service was very good, booking proceedure easy, car park easy to find, payment within the airport was with people not machines therefore you could ask questions if necessary, bus service to and from the car park very regular."

"The car park was very nearly full when we arrived sat midday - had to cruise it looking for a space. Not at all clear what happens to prebooked customers when it does get full ? 1500 spaces out at Luton with roadworks"

"Car park was fine & transport to & from car park was prompt.Only change I would make would be to go back to the old system of validating car park tickets with credit cards on exit of car park."

"All good. Great value carpark that was easy to find and when parking your car the row numbers were nice and clear so you could find your vehicle on your return. The shuttle bus was quick and efficient and got to the terminal in less than 15 mins. On my return, I had my ticket validated a the the NCP desk and there was a bus already at the stop when I left the terminal and I was back to my car in less than 10 mins. I located my car easily due to the clear sign posts and was on my way shortly afterwards. A good service that I would gladly use in the future."

"I found the car park easily, although a few of the large stones jumped up whilst driving and hit the underside of my car which I was not pleased about.

My major concern though was when I was being collected, the bus driver was constantly texting on his mobile phone. I was watching him in the rear view mirror and he regularly had his eye off the road and it made for a very nervous ride! As a highly respected company this is frankly unacceptable. I was collected at 8.30am on Tuesday 19th June. I hope you can rectify this as I will not be using your car parks again if your drivers are being dangerous behind the wheel."

"Efficent transfer to terminal
Because of roadworks & lack of singage for long term (only mid & short term had road signs) it took a while to find."

"Good morning ...
Wanted to advise everything was excellent ....
Only problem was following the Pink signs tp the car park due the road works by the Ibis Hotel roundabout.
Staff were very helpful and friendly even at the ungodly hours we travelled.
Will certainly use there services again.

"Easy to find and park. Only had to wait a few minutes for a bus and an easy transfer to the terminal.

Only suggestion was that it was not too easy to find where to get my prepaid booking checked before leaving the arrival hall. The instructions say near to the car hire desks but I think opposite the doors would have been more helpful."

"The ease of booking, finding the car park and a space was excellent. However, on the return journey we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the bus - not pleasant at 3am when it is cold, raining and windy."

"Easy to find from the M1. Only waited 10mins for a bus. 5 mins to airport which is fine. Don't see the point in using the medium term as an alternative."

"Very reasonably priced. It is within the airport grounds, but is quite some distance from the terminal and it is necessary to take the shuttle bus. However, it is more convenient than going to an offsite car park. There is a lot space and plenty of stops for the shuttle bus, so you don't have to drag your cases too far to get to the bus."

"Car parking average - we were able to park close to a bus stop. Unable to locate ticket desk on return - followed signs to machines by bus stop, and were charged full amount on top of pre-paid amount. Still trying to reclaim the £80."

"Buses should be for either pick up or drop off, not both as it happened with us: full bus coming from the airport picking up people going to the airport on the rounds in the car park!
More Buses would help with this."

"Booking was very straightforward. The approach to the car park is convoluted but well signposted. Areas with vacant spaces in the car park were signposted but it was still a bit of a hunt. Bus transfers were regular. Validating the ticket on return was quick and painless."

"I have not parked at Luton before but have used numerous other parking at other airports. After landing at midnight, knackered, I found my way to validate my ticket and on seeing my debit card in my hand the young man at the desk said I should pay at the machine. The machine didn't accept my parking ticket so I went back to the desk and was told I needed my reference number. This was in my suitcase which was left with my husband back at the bus stop. I raced back to the stop and rummaged in my case and returned to the desk. I was less than pleased as most of the other carparks I have used have been able to recognise my credit card. It would have been much easier if you could just insert the card at the car park and pay then."

"Signage was good but we did wonder where we would end up! Pick-up bus waited for us (v helpful driver).

On our late return a bus was waiting outside the terminal. I queried where the bus was going and was told "to a pink car park". The driver was rather surly and unhelpful and we felt he was looking forward to the end of his shift.

When the bus eventually moved off it was very full but the journey time was within its advertised limit."

crowded.

Arrival - No problems at all - even a friendly driver!"

"Parking was fine, and the buses were prompt and easy to find. Only problem came with the bus driver on the way back - it was very dark and very wet which made it very difficult to see which bus stop you were at, could either do with better lighting or the bus driver letting you know where you were.
Also took a while to get out of the car park as were cars in each lane who had not validated their tickets"

"Quite far from the airport.
Rude drivers didn't let us on bus, claiming bus was full (it wasn't).
Buses don't run that often.
Signs to the free parking spaces were wrong - they sent us up alleys where there were no spaces."

"I prepaid for my carparking and expected this to make life easier. From my experience with stansted where you simply put the credit card you have paid with in the machine and are let in and out I am used to this being a stress free approach. I do not like to have tickets issued to me (which I have to keep safe - which I'm not good at), that I then have to queue up at a desk to get cleared on my return. When I come back from a trip I want to have to think of as little as possible, and my aim is to get out of the airport as quickly as possibly.

The car park seemed extremely full on the day I arrived but this was only because the parking was so chaotic with many people parking in actual road ways which made it very difficult to get around the site to the areas where space was available. It also made it very difficult to get to the bus stops as all the aisles were blocked. This to me was extremely annoying bearing in mind as with most people going on holiday I had heavy bags and young kids in tow."

"Easy to book online. Good directions.
Online payment instructions conflict. One set of instructions states that the ticket received at the entrance must be verified at the arrivals terminal (the correct procedure). Another set of instructions states that the same credit card that was used to book the car park must be used at the car park park exit.
Bus transit service on return kept passengers waiting for several minutes at the airport even though the coach was quite full. 10 minutes at least. I trust you consider this to be constructive critisism. I would use the facility again and recommend to others"

"Parking the car, very easy, and the bus to the terminal. Getting the ticket validated on our return very smooth procedure. Only way to improve, slightly more frequent pick-up back to car park. We must have just missed one, (glad it wasn't raining!)by the time next arived, long queue and bus well loaded."

"After pre paying for 1 week of parking we arrived with plenty of time to park and get to the airport to check in . Or so we thought , once we entered the car park it became clear it was full from the 20 or so cars driving round looking for a space and no staff whatsoever to help.
After 45 minutes of driving round and round the car park we took the decision to park at the end of an aisle in the actual road so as not to miss our holiday.
we then waited a further 20-25 minutes for a bus (advertised as a 10 min wait i think) which when it arrived was busier than a London tube at rush hour .
We were the last 3 people to check on our flight and told we almost missed it .
Our first holiday with our baby started off very stressfully due to the car parking.
This is the worst long term parking I have used and I have used quite a few."
