"I would never use this service again. Worst long term car park I have ever used. We had to wait around an hour for a bus to pick us up from the Airport back to the car park September 17th. One Bus turned up only to state drop off only and the driving stating it needed a change of driver. This bus was never seen again. Once on the bus it was so overcrowded that it was dangerous for the passengers, but the driver had no choice but to ram us all in as the queue was huge and no sign of another bus. Simply get more buses or don't advertise a bus every 15 minutes."September 19, 2016

"After leaving the main airport approach roundabout, the route to the Long Term carpark is not well sign-posted.
No problem getting into the carpark - there is not a tarmac surface, so there is a lot of loose chippings which, in some places, make suitcases difficult to roll towards the bus stops.
Bus driver willing to wait if he saw people struggling to get to the stop in time.
Checking out of the carpark was very easy and straight forward. Fair price for the service."
"Actual system worked really well. When we rocked up to the car park, we were recognised by the technology, it was easy to park up and the shuttle bus worked well. Likewise on return after our trip we found the shuttle bus easily enough, then the car and had no problems leaving.
BUT the sign posting to the Long Stay Car Park was pretty poor - whilst we didn't make any wrong turns - we did need courage in our convictions as we pressed on regardless - and it took longer to get back to the airport because of this distance.
I don't think we were misled on timing - it probably was only 10 minutes (albeit the work at the airport did create traffic congestion) - but it was significantly further than experienced at other airports I have used (Bristol, Birmingham) - where both are walkable at a push.
On reflection maybe the issue was the longer time between shuttle buses. Which if you have left enough time to departure shouldn't be an issue."

"My first time using this service. The only problem I had was with the initial signage which could have been larger. I was expecting something like at Stansted and with all the traffic caused by the current construction, I missed the turning. Once there however, what a pleasure and most efficient. "I realise holiday season times are busy but found parking spaces difficult to find. Not all spaces were hard standing (gravel/stones/nails etc). Buses were crowded. No organisation from driver....a free for all.
Few exit/directional signs in car parking, needed more. Difficult to see during night time arrival/exit."

"No problems at all, I did think it was a bit nearer to the airport but buses were good.
One small issue was the amount of gravel the cars scatter across the road when reversing/driving out of spaces, it makes it awkward to pull cases as you are playing Dodgers!!"

Post code given takes you to the terminal - not to the parking.
Car was a bit difficult to find in the dark.
Stones on the road way, I actually "fell off of my heel" twice whilst walking back to the car.

"Initially getting in the park was confusing as I did not have any clue whether my booking was valid or not as there was no one to ask when I pressed the button to take a ticket. However the rest experience was excellent. The car part very close to the airport an no time to wast waiting a bus out or in. I had best service from a nice staff member through inter come when I needed a jump start when my car's battery was float at midnight return. "The wrong postcode was supplied which sent our sat nav to the old long term parking, which has now moved. Luckily we knew the area and the approximate location. When entering the carpark we were not sure that we had entered the correct carpark because there were not purple parking signs just long term parking. We were then greeted with a ticket on entry of £19 per day charges, which was a little worrying.
On exiting the carpark after returning from our holiday we inserted the ticket but was presented with a charge of £95. By pressing the help button we were able to give the number for the prepaid amount. The shuttle bus kept us waiting 25 minutes on return.
The procedure for prepayment should be made clearer."
"Bit difficult to find on the satnav as it took us around to the front of the carpark by the easyjet park, but when we did find it , it was perfect for parking and getting the bus to the terminal. On way back my flight was delayed by 45 minutes and when I tried to get out thru the barrier at 2300hrs, the ticket showed £95 excess to pay and I was unable to make contact with anyone on the two numbers shown to find out what to do as it was outside opening hours, Eventually the really helpful person on the other end of the 'Help' button opened the barrier to allow me exit. Your opening hours need revamping with someone on the other end of a phone after hours to assist or give advice because I feel that if it had been an elderly person with this same problem then things may well have turned out very differently, Would I use you again, most certainally, convenient and sensibly priced by booking well in advance of the flight. "Good service, Directions were very clear to the car park. Was a small problem as we checked in, but was sorted by the chap on the end of the intercom. Parked and waited for the shuttle bus to Airport.
On return when we got to the barrier to check out our ticket stated we had to pay, even though I had paid and pre booked. Again sorted out by chap on the intercom. Just a small glitch. Price was good for a convenient service. I would use it again if flying from Luton."
