"A little confusing if you have never parked at the longterm carpark before as i wasnt sure if it was the correct place as there were no signs for Purple Parking customers. A sign at the entrance stating the fact which companies are allowed would be great"

"Going out was fine, pick up within 10 minutes, coming back was a nightmare, waited 20 mins for bus then bus was dropping passengers off as well as picking new ones up making it almost impossible to get access to our luggage, sort it out please."

"No problems at all, I did think it was a bit nearer to the airport but buses were good.
One small issue was the amount of gravel the cars scatter across the road when reversing/driving out of spaces, it makes it awkward to pull cases as you are playing Dodgers!!"

"Nice and easy. ANPR read my plate and knew who I was. Many signs directed me to various parking spaces. Parking zones well identified. Bus stops well numbered. Buses frequent even at 2am."

"Really simple to use. Hassell free.

Post code given takes you to the terminal - not to the parking.

Car was a bit difficult to find in the dark.

Stones on the road way, I actually "fell off of my heel" twice whilst walking back to the car.

Apart from those small gripes, really good :-) thank you."

"Well organised, but one big minus is the fact that the car park does not appear to show BCP anywhere, alas rather confusing. Not good when in a hurry to get parked!"

"Initially getting in the park was confusing as I did not have any clue whether my booking was valid or not as there was no one to ask when I pressed the button to take a ticket. However the rest experience was excellent. The car part very close to the airport an no time to wast waiting a bus out or in. I had best service from a nice staff member through inter come when I needed a jump start when my car's battery was float at midnight return. The help came after few minutes while waiting the RAC service."

"The wrong postcode was supplied which sent our sat nav to the old long term parking, which has now moved. Luckily we knew the area and the approximate location. When entering the carpark we were not sure that we had entered the correct carpark because there were not purple parking signs just long term parking. We were then greeted with a ticket on entry of £19 per day charges, which was a little worrying.
On exiting the carpark after returning from our holiday we inserted the ticket but was presented with a charge of £95. By pressing the help button we were able to give the number for the prepaid amount. The shuttle bus kept us waiting 25 minutes on return.
The procedure for prepayment should be made clearer."

"Bit difficult to find on the satnav as it took us around to the front of the carpark by the easyjet park, but when we did find it , it was perfect for parking and getting the bus to the terminal. On way back my flight was delayed by 45 minutes and when I tried to get out thru the barrier at 2300hrs, the ticket showed £95 excess to pay and I was unable to make contact with anyone on the two numbers shown to find out what to do as it was outside opening hours, Eventually the really helpful person on the other end of the 'Help' button opened the barrier to allow me exit. Your opening hours need revamping with someone on the other end of a phone after hours to assist or give advice because I feel that if it had been an elderly person with this same problem then things may well have turned out very differently, Would I use you again, most certainally, convenient and sensibly priced by booking well in advance of the flight. Thank you"

"Good service, Directions were very clear to the car park. Was a small problem as we checked in, but was sorted by the chap on the end of the intercom. Parked and waited for the shuttle bus to Airport.
On return when we got to the barrier to check out our ticket stated we had to pay, even though I had paid and pre booked. Again sorted out by chap on the intercom. Just a small glitch. Price was good for a convenient service. I would use it again if flying from Luton."

"Have used the long term parking twice now and have pre-booked both times. On leaving the car park when I have put my ticket in, both times it has said I owe money so I have to press the button and talk to someone. A bit annoying!"

"Used this car park for the last two years. First year the number recognition wold not let us in to the car park, this year it would not let us out unless we paid a stunnning £197.50 despite us having prepaid and prebooked. Fortunately the barrier was raised quickly by contacting an operator via the intercom.
However the area around the exit barrier was so poorly lit the intercom button is almost impossible to see at night and would not have been found if it had not been for the driver of the Airport Shuttle Bus waiting behind pointing the feature out.
Lot of work necessary regarding ingress and egress to bring accessibility to a reasonable standard."
