"You know, it was a fantastic experience. I parked up and hopped straight on the bus. And when I came back there was no queue to validate my ticket, the bus was waiting and it dropped me right at my car. The sun was shining and I was very happy. I've always balked at longterm parking but now I'm more than happy to use it. Thanks."

"Just Missed a bus so at 3.15am in the morning, 15 mins seemed a long wait, but other than that it was on time and a very friendly driver, the same with our outward trip. I will use again."

"Parking was fine in day but car park is very poorly lit at night in parts and signs for leaving park to get onto main road are not easy to see in dark. Also a number of cars had parked alongside proper bays and not in them hence making exit dangerous expecially at night time. It was diffult to navigate out when there were cars in the exit lanes! Clearly the car park was busy but in which case it should not have been overbooked as I found this very dangerous especially to come across a car parked in one of the exit lanes as you have turned a bend into it."

"The car park and system was easy to use and reasonable prices.
The only downside was the actual bus, on the way out was to full and seemed poorly designed in so much that it was difficult to put the cases on with people as well.

All in all a fair experience"

"It was difficult to find a space when we arrived at the car park and cars had parked across the parts which were supposed to give access between rows. We were lucky to get a bus immediately to the airport.

We had to wait quite a time for a bus to return us to the car park.
On departure we did not realise we had to validate the ticket inside the airport (appreciate this was because we missed it when reading the e-mail) and feel more emphasis should be given to this point, perhaps a large sign on entry to remind you to validate at the airport on your return. We were not the only car having the same problem. The person on the end of the assistance button at the exit was most unhelpful to begin with and said if we did not have a reference he could not help. It was only when we persisted that he asked the name of the person who had booked the place and found the reference, he sounded angry, as if we were being a nuisance - we were, after all, a paying customer and felt we were not treated as such.

We feel that more attention should be paid to where people are parking at busy times and as we had pre-paid we were surprised to find it difficult to get a space.

Sorry to give such a negative response, however, things can only be improved if management are made aware. We would not use this car park again unless there was no other choice.

"1 - Not happy about the fact that you do not guarehee a parking space!!!
2 - I had to park on the end of a row as there were no proper spaces available. Baring in mind No1 above, we were concerned that we did not have a propoer parking space.
3 - Probably will not use you again!"

"Busses frequent and not too crowded. Stops are close by. Signage to car park could be better, and difficult to find exit due to cars blocking the normal exit routes. No problems that a little paint wouldn't solve."

"fantastic service , went very smoothly , i arrived at 4am and found the car park easily following the signs . once parked , the shuttle bus arrived within minutes to take us directly to the terminal , all went very smothly the same on our return , i would most definatley use this service again"

"Very few parking places to be seen, so several people parked where they could. No buses around when we parked and 30 mins before one arrived.
On our return driver was not very helpful. Got to our car but difficult to get out as all the lanes marked 'Exit' had been used for parking. Nobody around to check and so no interest in how badly organised it was."

"Easy enough to find the long term car park. Some confusing information at the car park about validating the ticket. Easy on return though to find NCP desk and validate ticket.Pick up and return bus was good.

Not your fault but roadworks caused problem finding M1 on exit of airport."

"Everything worked well, the gents in the box seemed cheerful and efficient, as did the drivers. However, one extra bus would shorten the wait, especially early in the morning.

One thing, my wife said what happens if you got into the car park and had not validated your ticket: that bit was not clear

"The main benefit we experienced was the very frequent bus service to and from the terminal and the close proximity to the airport. We were inside the building within 8 minutes of parking the car. This is a considerable improvement over some off airport operators who try to fill their vehicles before setting off. The colour coded signage directing traffic to the carpark would benefit from a few extra signs and a facelift"

"I normally get a cab to and from the airport whenever I fly. Overall parking at the long term parking car park was a good experience.
Just one problem was that we couldn't get on the first bus as it was too packed and had to wait for another one. Would definately use this service again."

"Signage up to the airport is good, although once in I found it difficult to find the area with spaces. Some of the surface isn't tarmac and hard to drag a suitcase along the rocky gravel. Had difficulties using the validation code provided when pre-booking and now in disupute with BCP over extra £50 I had to pay to get car out! Not good generally."

"The signs to the long-term car park were clear, but when we arrived at the car park there was no control at all, only one attendant at the entry. There was no indication as to where we might find a space and we spent almost a half-hour drivingh around searching for a slot. We had pre-booked and pre-paid.

Transfer to the terminal was good, and the validation of our ticket when we arrived back at Luton was efficiently done.

The only problem was when we arrived and tried to park."

"Good experience. Very easy to use.
Things to improve:
- clearer indications of available spaces.
- more visible bus stops.
- Please, provide more and clearer information related to booked parking, specailly about validating the ticket. It's been a really easy experience but a bit stressing for not having enough information."

"The long stay car park at Luton was good. We found a parking spot without too much difficulty, a bus came in about 10 mins and we arrived quickly at the airport. The very best thing was that i lost the ticket and the man who did the verifying for an exit ticket was so cool, made a joke of it, gave us a new ticket and we were on our way in a matter of minutes, the bus was waiting and left as soon as we got on. I certainly feel very happy about booking again and will recommend it. Thanks!"
