"Although more expensive than the off-site car parks at Luton, it was worth paying the extra to be parked up and transferred to the terminal in under 15 minutes.
On the return leg I missed one shuttle bus, but another turned up about 5 minutes later (this was at 8.30pm, in the dark and pouring rain!). Once I had remembered where my car was parked (suggest you make a note of the nearest indicator sign AND drop off/pick-up point stop as you park), the exit was simple and I was on my way down the M1."

"The car par was reasonably prices and easy to find, desipite being some way from the airport. Instructions on return were clear and the buses were frequent."

"There could be better signposting on the way in and out, but all in all, very good. The bus was waiting when we exited Arrivals - excellent! However, you need larger print on the return instructions as we did not realise we had to validate the ticket until we were on the bus leaving the terminal! Several minutes of panic ensued considering it was midnight and freezing cold. However, the bus driver told us to press 'Help' on the yellow box at the exit gate and your very efficient guy in the office let us out on receipt of our booking reference. Maybe some people would not have asked - just gone back to the terminal to start again. If we fly from Luton again, we'll probably use you."

"I found the booking on line easy and the price offered was competative.

However I found NCP's attitude when validating the ticket less than helpful, if you didn't have the reference number to hand then they didn't want to help. Would have thought they could have serched by postcode or name."

"Each time i am travelling and using a car park, i tend to use the long term car park. It is close to the airport and cheaper when booking on internet, although it is still a bit expensive. Navettes are coming regularly, and waiting for one of them is usually not very long. Conditions of the car park could be improved (gravels in some areas, no bench to seat when waiting for the navette and better lighting of the area) and would be really a plus to the car park."

"Car park was fine. Quick transfers with hardly any waiting time. Some of the signposting could have been a little clearer (if it says follow the pink signs then all of them should be pink - and I remember our getting a little confused at one point as this wasn't the case). Perhaps telling people not only to note the area they are in (ie L14) but also to note nearest busstop number might be handy too. It is not your fault but because of the Luton airport layout people feel as they are going to the back of beyond winding their way through lots of trading estates. Also important to tell people to take their reference number with them when getting prepaid ticket validated at desk in airport (I nearly didn't and then what would have happened?) Staff- both drivers and those on desk were very courteous and helpful. All in all a good experience with only overall location stopping it from beng the best."

"The parking site was well sign posted. Several parking spaces available. Transfers to and from the airport were excellent. We didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes either way. Getting our parking ticket validated was an easy process and we found the assistant at the NCP office very pleasant and courteous. We would recommend this service to other people"

"Process of validating my pre-booked ticket was unnecessarily complicated involving a visit to a kiosk in the airport terminal. At Luton I simply put my credit card in the entry barrier to activate my booking."

arrived approx 4.00am car park well signposted,well lit,
plenty of spaces waited approx 10 min for bus approx 10 min transfer time to terminal
returned at approx 1am to pick car up good transfer back from terminal.
all in all a good service reasonably priced.
would use it again."

"We parked easily in the car park and didn't have to wait long for the shuttle bus in either direction. We pre-booked - when we came to leave, we discovered we had no instructions on our print out about how to exit the barrier. There were tatty notices near the ticket machine telling pre-booked customers "do not enter your credit card details", which suggested that many people do by mistake (and then get charged twice). The words "do not" were in a different ink, which had faded nicely. There was a note saying we had to use the intercom to get instructions. When someone answered, the instructions were to use the other intercom at the barrier. The whole thing was so badly thought out that we decided the positive aspects of our experience were more by luck than design."

"All went well except for the 20 min wait in the cold outside the terminal for the courtesy bus at midnight. Other car park buses seemed more frequent. No problem validating ticket in terminal or exiting car park as some had reported. Would use again."

"A good relaible servive. Even at 3.30am I had only a few minutes to wait for the transfer bus to the airport."

"The car park is Well sign posted, close to the airport, the shuttle bus arrived seconds after we had taken our cases out of the car.
We arrived back at Luton at 01.30am there was a shuttle bus waiting at the pick up point, which is right out side the terminal building.
I will use Luton long term whenever I travel from Luton in the future"

"On the whole we were pleased with the parking at Luton our only grip was, upon our return, our car had a flat battery. I flagged down a bus to see what i should do his reply was "have you got a mobile phone" i replyed that i had, he then said "well you will have to phone someone" - not very good customer serive i thought. I was then informed by a passer by that there were instructions in the bus shelters. I therefore press the button for assistance, i was asked what the problem was, was told to wait in the car with the bonnet up and someone would come and help us. 45 minutes later still no one had arrive, by this time it was getting dark, and our family was getting very cold, but then i saw a small van approaching us, it turned out to be two ladies doing routine checks, they were extreamly helpful and with in a couple of minutes they got us going. My point is, had these ladies not do a routine check - would someone have come to our aid?"

"Awful. I travel a lot on business and this is the first time that I have flown from Luton. The procedure for online bookings is inefficient and whoever mans the intercom needs some serious lessons in customer service. Firstly, I was waiting at the barrier for around 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Once he did - he refused to let me out as I did not have a reference number and TOLD me to get back on a bus to the terminal, before hanging up on me. Every other airport has a database, that allows you to enter your credit card and leave the lot. I booked online to save time, which turned out not to be the case. I was thoroughly frustrated and will make a point to never use this car park again."

"Easy to use, quick and efficient. The only slight grumble would be that coming back in the dark on the car park bus we hurtled through the empty parts of the car park and realised we would have to try and spot the signs for our drop of point as no anouncement or indication was given as to which stop was coming up."

"Car parking was fine. regular buses to terminal ensured we did not wait more than 5 minutes either way. Problem we had was driving for three hours after leaving the airport - as I live in East Yorkshire I will definitely look for a more local airport in future."

"Car park very easy to find, just follow the pink signs. Bus came soon after reaching the "stop". On return ticket vallidated in the terminal swiftly, and again the bus was just a couple of minutes. Exited in less than 5 minutes and on our way...It worked, so I give it 5 out of 5."
