returned at approx 1am to pick car up good transfer back from terminal.
all in all a good service reasonably priced.

"We parked easily in the car park and didn't have to wait long for the shuttle bus in either direction. We pre-booked - when we came to leave, we discovered we had no instructions on our print out about how to exit the barrier. There were tatty notices near the ticket machine telling pre-booked customers "do not enter your credit card details", which suggested that many people do by mistake (and then get charged twice). The words "do not" were in a different ink, which had faded nicely. There was a note saying we had to use the intercom to get instructions. When someone answered, the instructions were to use the other intercom at the barrier. The whole thing was so badly thought out that we decided the positive aspects of our experience were more by luck than design."November 13, 2007
I have used BCP Luton car park a couple of times for my trips and would like to thank you for an excellent service.
I would reconmend you any time.

"The car park is Well sign posted, close to the airport, the shuttle bus arrived seconds after we had taken our cases out of the car.
We arrived back at Luton at 01.30am there was a shuttle bus waiting at the pick up point, which is right out side the terminal building.
I will use Luton long term whenever I travel from Luton in the future"
"On the whole we were pleased with the parking at Luton our only grip was, upon our return, our car had a flat battery. I flagged down a bus to see what i should do his reply was "have you got a mobile phone" i replyed that i had, he then said "well you will have to phone someone" - not very good customer serive i thought. I was then informed by a passer by that there were instructions in the bus shelters. I therefore press the button for assistance, i was asked what the problem was, was told to wait in the car with the bonnet up and someone would come and help us. 45 minutes later still no one had arrive, by this time it was getting dark, and our family was getting very cold, but then i saw a small van approaching us, it turned out to be two ladies doing routine checks, they were extreamly helpful and with in a couple of minutes they got us going. My point is, had these ladies not do a routine check - would someone have come to our aid?"November 9, 2007
"Awful. I travel a lot on business and this is the first time that I have flown from Luton. The procedure for online bookings is inefficient and whoever mans the intercom needs some serious lessons in customer service. Firstly, I was waiting at the barrier for around 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Once he did - he refused to let me out as I did not have a reference number and TOLD me to get back on a bus to the terminal, before hanging up on me. Every other airport has a database, that allows you to enter your credit card and leave the lot. I booked online to save time, which turned out not to be the case. I was thoroughly frustrated and will make a point to never use this car park again."November 9, 2007
"Easy to use, quick and efficient. The only slight grumble would be that coming back in the dark on the car park bus we hurtled through the empty parts of the car park and realised we would have to try and spot the signs for our drop of point as no anouncement or indication was given as to which stop was coming up."November 8, 2007

"Car park very easy to find, just follow the pink signs. Bus came soon after reaching the "stop". On return ticket vallidated in the terminal swiftly, and again the bus was just a couple of minutes. Exited in less than 5 minutes and on our way...It worked, so I give it 5 out of 5."November 4, 2007

"Basically the whole Luton site is a tip and this was my first and I hope last visit.
To be practical however, the one criticism is that your instructions tell the returning traveller to go to the validation desk by the car hire desks. it is nowhere near these and is by the hotel reservation desk.
An update would help!!"

"Booking was easy, but I did need to stay with it for while to get the best price. Signing to the car park was fine and the bus pick up was easy. If we had needed to wait for the next bus the connection time might have put us under a bit of pressure. Checking the prepaid voucher was easy and staff were pleasant even though it was midnight. "I thought it servered it purpose, however as we were travelling with a lot of luggage along with everyone else the bus ride there and back was a bit frantic, possbily a drop, park and mpv colletion would be better suited, when travelling with one of more people that the driver drops luggage and travellers off at the terminal and then parks the car allowing for a quicker mpv rather than a bus to collect him/her. This would allow more frequent trips back and forth with might even be better for the environment?

"On arrival it was very difficult to find a parking space until a bus driver told me to go to the far fence - not where the signs for spare spaces were pointing - then it was ok. "Area was very full when we first arrived but found a slot after driving around for 10 mins or so. Bus picked us up very quickly and the journey to the airport as quite short. Return was easy and NCP staff were well signposted and ready to validate tickets (pre paid via WWW. Bus arrived after 5 mins and got to car quickly all was OK. Shame about the total disater that is the bottom of the M1!!! Held up for 40 mins in a traffic jam at Midnight on a Saturday!! This kind of mayhem would stop me from Flying from Luton until it is sorted out (They seem to have taken years over the work!)."October 28, 2007
"Finding the car park was no problem.
Finding a space was nearly impossible. It was FULL!
Cars were scattered into every marked and unmarked space, not helped by gas-guzzlers taking up two spaces.
Generally looked tatty, and not really secure against intruders.
Transit procedures were fine, with a short wait for the bus at entry and exit.
Exit marking was mediocre, with some internal routes unnecessarily blocked off and not signed in time- I ended up facing the entry."
"We booked and paid for our long term car park on line prior to our holidays. It is very easy to find on entering the airport, you then take your ticket on entry and park. Do write down where you left your car. There were many people wandering about!
On returnind have your ticket validated and then proceed to collect your car. The shuttle buses are great and frequent. put yoyr card in the ticket barrier and away you go . could not be easier- try it and see"
