"Very convenient. Only short walk to terminal, great when you arrive home tired and there's no waiting around for buses! Signposting and markings in carpark could have been better and we never saw the covered walkway to the terminal as mentioned on the website and in instructions.Was this due to all the construction going on at present? Obviously more expensive than carparks further away but convenience outweighs the cost! Would definitely use again."

"Location is great. The covered pathway to the terminal is good - when you get there. The spaces in the far right area are narrow, there are no pedestrian pathways and the area could do with some bins.
As I am driving a left drive car I appreciate having someone at the gate to help with the ticket!"

"a really great service. Breezed into the short term parking which with the current works on the approach roads is by far the best option as transfer times from more distant car parks are uncertain. Took ticket and went to France. On return handed ticket over near exit to terminal(no queues) and it was validated in an instant. Compared on line booking charge with daily rate and we were getting a more than 50% discount. Will use this again."

"The parking was fine but the walkway from the car park to the terminal is not clearly signposted or very safe. On our return to the airport, after stopping at the car park payment machine, we were told to give our pre-booking number to someone on exit from the car park. (It is not made clear what you are supposed to do). The girl at the exit was busy chatting to her friend and just took our reference number. It could have been completely fictional but she didn't check. All in all, the price was very good but the service unclear."

"The rows and blocks in the short-term car park need to be identified by letters or numbers - I just had to remember how I had walked to my car and where I had left it, but there were no other identifying marks.

There are low kerbs between the car park and the terminal building that still cause difficulty with trolleys, which have to be pulled backwards. There is no reason why the trolley route should not be totally without kerbs, even low ones"

"Parked here for 3 days starting in the early hours of Friday 27/4/2007.
Easy to find, even with all the roadworks, and easy to find a good space once there.
Ideal location for me as only a short walk to departures and I had just the one, wheelie, bag.
Guess it might not be so convenient if pouring with rain (I didn't see any "covered walkway"), and not sure how easy it would have been to get a trolley if I'd had a couple of old fashioned suitcases.
All-in-all, if you're travelling light, for a few days, and don't want all the hassle of the courtesy bus, then this will be a good option for you. Might be a bit expensive, but if you can get a good promotional deal then it's definitely worth doing."

"It worked OK. One or two comments.
I paid £63 pounds for two days. I have no idea if I made a saving through you as opposed to just turning up. Maybe I paid more????
The walk is more than I expected to the terminal. OK on a fine day, but in the rain it would have been a different story!

"Have used the short term car park at Luton several times now and find it to be very convenient for quick business trips. Pre-booking saves me money and works extremely smoothly. Have never had to queue and the system seems faultless."

"The easiest option for a short break and by far the cheapest option, even beating the long term car parks. Simple to book on-line, even easier to validate ticket on arrival. I will be using this service again when fly from Luton, will check out other airports as well now I know!"

"I found the short term car park at Luton an excellent location, located right beside the terminal and only a 3-5 minute walk away from the departures area. In addition, on arrival back at Luton airport I found the parking ticket allocation desk easy to find (beside Marks and Spencer's) with a quick service."

"Very convenient as nice and close to the airport.
Only down side was that once you're out of the car, there are no defined walkways from your car to the terminal, so you have to keep dodging cars driving in and inadequate signposing to guide you to the terminal. Also, the ground was quite rutted in some areas and tricky with a pushchair.
Overall though, not a bad experience!"

"Definitely pays to book online before you go. We stayed in the short-term car-park which was a couple of minutes walk from departures and very convenient(directly beside the airport building - just depends where you can get a space). No apparent trolley facilities until your reach airport building if you have cumbersome luggage though - we were fine as only had small and light baggage, so maybe down to us not looking for the facility.

Staff inside the terminal at arrivals were also very helpful when we had forgotten our reference number!"

"Siting, access, exit & security, booking and validation are all fine.

The surface of the area to the right as you enter the park(rows 10 -12 area) is very rough in some areas and difficult for wheeled bags and trolleys, when wet it it is even worse! Other areas have a good, smooth surface.

In the parking instructions the advice on the siting of the validation desk is not very accurate. Coming from the arrivals area it is, in fact, on the left, AFTER the car hire area facing into the main foyer area and almost oposite the revolving exit doors.If you are in the car hire area you cannot see the Validation Desk sign at all - quite confusing, it needs a notice on the wall of the car hire area that faces the arrivals hall.

Also, are there "regular courtesy buses" to the ST Car park as it says in the instructions?

Having said this, online booking & savings for the the ST park is good value especially if you arrive in the evening/night."

"Easy access to the airport terminal, parts of the car park need surfacing properly, best to prepay and then you can get your ticket verfied inside the terminal and be on your way quickly, no waiting for buses."

"I found the parking facility and organisation very good. Of course, the roadworks at Luton airport slows things down but at least it was well signposted to the car park.
The only comment I would have is that the validation desk is not immediately obvious when you come out of arrivals, I was looking beside the car hire desks as indicated on the information. Perhaps the instructions could include the desk it is beside (is it travelex?).
So, thank you, the car parking all worked well - unfortunately, I will probably never use Luton airport again because of my horrendous experience with EasyJet"

"Generally good, but frustrating to have to validate the ticket before going back to the car. The queues at the validation desk are long.
Would it not be better to operate the same credit card service as used in mid term and long term parking?"
