"As good as it gets. Prompt, efficient and friendly. I have had a number of bad experiences with other meet and greet operators but Express Meet and Greet as well as others I have used under the Park & Go banner have been first rate."

"Excellent service couldn't fault it. They were there and expecting me when I arrived. Called them on my return after collecting bags, 10 mins later I was in the short stay car park and my car was waiting for me. All this during the peak of summer holidays."

"The overall experience was OK, considering how terribly organised airport Luton is.
Luton Express meet and greet were mostly satisfactory, the car was returned in good time and in the same condition as given, with only a couple of miles added to the odometer.

Negative points:
-I did not get a confirmation email after booking (this gave me a fright the night before my flight, luckily I had printed the confirmation at the time of booking. Being concerned that I was scammed I called the day before to confirm. I was answered instantly which reassured me
-No clear drop off instructions on the confirmation, no clear signage to where drop the car off once in the short stay car park and no clear drop off point/booth within the car park ("near lane 11 sign" I recall). I had to speak to some reps from another meet and greet company to know where to wait with my car. The other companies had clear drop off points
-The rep was not onsite when I arrived (he claimed the car he picked up had a flat battery when I called). Luckily I had enough time to wait 10 minutes for him.

The experience was not helped by the generally poor design to Luton airport. The short stay car park where you drop the car off involves having to take two sets of elevators, which we had to wait for as it was busy. There is somehow no trolley park in the short stay, so you have to be luckily enough to find one that has left by a previous traveller. If not you have to take the two elevators to the terminal to find one!

I will shop around before using them again, preferably I will never fly out of Luton again anyway!"

"Everything went smoothly both ways, but I'm a bit disappointed in the higher car parking fees. Our car was in short stay for about 40 minutes which cost us £7 instead of the usual £3. I know it sounds petty, but we landed just about on time and the luggage came through very quickly, and I called immediately after and expected to wait about 10 to 15mins. However, the car was in the meet and greet area almost immediately as it had been parked in short stay for a while. The bonus is that we didn't have to wait, but it would have been nice to know about the extra hidden cost. They'd obviously brought lots of cars over early to help their logistics.

It won't stop me using Express as they've been excellent every time we've used them. This is more of a warning to others on what to expect."

"Disappointed that we had to wait for the car at Luton. When I rang to say that we were through the terminal it seemed to be a surprise. I'd suggest that in future, the meet and greet operators check if travellers have carry on baggage do that they can better gauge time to get through the terminal. Other than that, car was fine and driver was friendly and polite"

"Luton is a difficult airport for parking and transport so own car and meet and greet seemed a good idea. It did work well though we has a wait for the car to be brought for us on return - not long but not fun in the rain. Recommend meet and greet over other options"

"Very good service. Drop off and collect went smoothly. I didn't realise about the £7 car park charge to exit the short term car park as I thought this was included within the cost of the parking but probably my fault as i'm sure it would have been in the terms and conditions. Overall though, a very good service and I will use again when flying from Luton."

"We didn't have a very good experience using Express unfortunately - first, they said they would text me when our flight landed, but I didn't hear from them so we had to call them to let them know where we were; then they weren't there when we got to the short term car park so, as it was pouring with rain, we waited under cover keeping an eye out for our car going past. After about half an hour we gave up and called them again; turned out the driver had turned up with our car, so we went over, but the Express rep had disappeared so we couldn't get our key or ticket! Don't understand why someone didn't phone us to say they had parked up. Lack of communication meant the whole thing took a lot longer that it needed to, an extra annoyance when it's chucking it down with rain."

"Pretty good service and sufficiently responsive. I didn't have to wait long (10 minutes) on the way back.
The only little grumble is that I paid £7.00 for the ticket on the way out. WTF! Please factor that into pricing when comparing the services on your comparison site."

"Have always used this company when flying from Luton as they are normally very professional and on time. This time I arrived with no one present to meet me and check car before handing key over. Had to leave key with another gentleman who seemed to be in charge of all the 'meet and greet' parking. As I say car was not checked and neither was the mileage.
Upon arrival back in to the terminal I rang the contact number and advised that I was coming through departures but still had to wait 20 mins for my car to arrive.
When the keys were given to me I was told that I would have to pay my own ticket to get out of the car-park, to which I advised that this was never usually the case and if the agreement had changed then surely customers should be advised when making the booking. They agreed on this occasion to pay for me to exit the car-park."

"Dropping the car off was excellent - car park easy to find, we were dealt with quickly by a very pleasant representative and as promised, it's only a short walk to the Terminal.

However, picking the car up was a completely different experience. We arrived at the pick up point only to be told we had to pay £7 to exit the car park. When we questioned this the representative became quite abrupt, saying 'I can't believe you haven't read this on your paperwork'. It was only when I produced said paperwork that he realised our booking was made before this change came into force (about a month ago apparently). He paid the ticket charge as soon as he'd looked at my confirmation so no quibbles there but please check your paperwork before you end up in the same situation!"

"They were where they said they would be for drop off, expecting us, did the expected mileage and didn't damage the car. However their telephone manner was very abrupt, the lift was out of order to the car park and they didn't tell us... 3 cases 2 children under 5 and 6 flights of stairs........when I arrived exhausted and shattered they just said I could have come a different way.....?!?! . and then £7 to pay to exit the car park. I could have got it cheaper with a different company who include the price of the short stay....... hmm"

"Having to wait outdoors when there is a new covered parking facility is not pleasant. Why not use the "Priority parking" facility in the new car park.
Phone was engaged when first attempt made to report arrival.
Overall not a brilliant experience but staff very pleasant and helpful."

"Brilliant quick and easy to use/ set up. Polite , professional and efficient staff . Won't go anywhere else now will be rebooking in June. Was easy to find dispite building work at Luton. Staff were waiting for car when we arrived so we made our flight in plenty of time. Idea when traveling with small children and just as quick when we returned."

"Good communication, decent value - can't ask for too much more really. It was carnage at Luton Airport but that was to do with the work being done there. Signage could be slightly improved but to be honest I don't think I can really blame the provider. Recommended."
