"when we first arrived to drop the car off none of the paperwork was ready because park and go had not informed them. the car was dropped off and we went away, i was told my flight would be tracked and as soon as we landed we would receive a text with instructions for collection of my vehicle. this did not happen. i called the original number after collecting my bags and was told the computers were not working and so they had not sent a text. i was also told my car would be twenty minutes!! had i known that then i would of called immeadiatly after getting through passport control. my car actually arrived 35 minutes after mt phone call. thankfully it was not cold or raining. i feel the service was very poor although the drivers were polite. i have used meet and greet on many occasions from heathrow and gatwick and never ever had such a poor experience.my flight actually arrived 15 minutes early so they were obviously not tracking my flight. from 11:30 when we landed to when i collected my car at 12:38 that is an hour and 8 minutes i do not find this stress free meet and greet as advertised by yourselves. i would value a response to this comment."October 4, 2011

"We used the "Meet & Greet" service for the first time as we were taking my husbands 82 year old mother with us. The service was excellent, very quick drop off and although we had to wait for about 15 minutes for the car to be delivered back on our return, that was my fault as I did not ring them as soon as we had left security, I left it until we were almost at the doors. Will use it from now on instead of the off site parking/bus service."October 3, 2011

On our return we called after we collected our bags as instructed and by the time we got to the priority parking area our car was already waiting. Highly recommended!"

"No problems, although I was a little concerned that you only get a 10 minute wait time at the drop-off zone before a facing an £80 penalty, so make sure you follow the instructions to ring at least 10 minutes before you arrive. "The airport Parking Shop web site is a user-friendly way of comparing parking services at Luton. I chose FHR, (the first time I had ever used a "meet and greet" service) for our recent 1 week holiday. Their price was competitive considering the alternatives and stacks up favourably against the cost of cabs to/from London. Overall, the experience was fairly smooth. Certainly it is a time-saver in both directions, particularly if arriving at the early morning peak flight departure period when massive tailbacks block the access roads to the airport. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. Their staff at both drop-off and pick-up were polite and efficient. Minor points: On both legs of the journey it took two calls to get through to their control desk. The first calls went unanswered. Contrary to what we were given to understand no text message came through when I switched on my mobile on arrival. A map to the drop-off area would help first-timers find their way to the place where they leave their car. £1 coins are needed to leave the drop-off area, once on arribval, once on departure."September 15, 2011

"Phoned Luton Airport Meet and Greet when landed at Luton and was advised that my car would be waiting for me in the priority area within 10/15 mins. No car when I got there. Phoned again where they took all my details again and was advised traffic bad and car would be there in 10 mins. Driver turned up with wrong car. Had to wait over 30 mins for my car. On way home they called me to say they could'nt find my car! Would not recommend anyone use this incompetent operator."September 5, 2011
"Arrival and departure were efficient, you coped well with the delayed flight.
The car was delivered back looking as if it had been driven through some very muddy puddles, and needs a good wash. Where was it kept?
We were surprised we had to pay a £1 to leave, surely this should have been included in the price. Your driver had left before we realised we had to pay, after all it was past 2.30am. No obvious mention of payment was made anywhere in your literature."

"The admin staff and drivers who picked up the car from us and dropped it off, were extremely helpful and courteous, the only way they could have improved the service would have been to wash the car. "Excellent drop off service. However, I would strongly recommend that as soon as you land you ring for the car to be delivered. We were left waiting at the collection point with 3 children for over half an hour. "A terrible service unfortunately. On arrival there was no one to meet us despite repeated calls to the telephone numbers given. This was partly our fault as the registration number of the car had been entered incorrectly and the people looking for us therefore couldn't identify us but we couldn't identify them either because it was 'too hot' on that day to wear their 'red and black jackets' and were instead wearing normal street clothes without any visible identification. So this was partly excusable. However on the way home we called to give a 10 minute warning at 00:26. It took almost an hour for the car to arrive despite repeated phone calls, apparently there had been a mix up with which car park the car was in. Not good after a tiring journey in the middle of the freezing night and rather defeats the object of Meet and Greet."August 11, 2011

"By a margin of £40 the meet and greet was cheaper than the long stay for the first week of August which was why I chose to use it.
Drop off and pick up were fine - until after the driver left and I saw the inside of the car. I keep my car clean but it was returned to me filthy dirty where someones work boots had brought rubble into the footwell. Not just dust, dirt or gravel but lumps of dirt and identifieable pieces of brick. It was too late by then to complain, I had signed for the car and the driver had gone.
I may give the meet and greet another try if the price is right but I will check inside as well as outside before I sign for the car. If it is returned in a similar condition again I won't accept it until it has been cleaned - or use the 'service' again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
