"Not happy with the service on our return. We telephoned as requested when we had aour bags and were told to wait at the drop off point. 15 minutes later we telphoned again and were told that our car would not start. It was now 10.30pm on 3rd January and we were stood outside in the freezing cold. Surely if you know that a car is being picked up that night and the weather is this bad you would make sure it starts earlier in the day to avoid this situation. We booked and paid for a Meet and Greet and are not happy with the service at all."January 5, 2010

"Our first time use of CarParkz - Meet & Greet service proved to be a worthwhile choice. Both arrival & Collection service was smooth & painless. We arrived back in Luton late at night to cold rainy conditions & it was such a relief to only have a walk from the terminal to a waiting car. Well worth the price.
One note of caution, you need to have a £1 coin to lift the barrier & exit the Drop Off zone."
"I am still unsure of booking and paying for services on line, but I can assure anyone reading this, that I am relieved to say my money was well spent.
The driver collecting the car was very polite and efficient and assured me my car would be safe and awaiting my return.
Both when I dropped the car off and collected it I was only waiting 30 - 40 seconds. Yes seconds.

"The outward journey was not a good experience. I telephoned, as instructed, to let them know when I would be arriving and was assured that a driver would be at the Luton airport drop-off point when I arrived. No-one was there. I telephoned again and was told that the driver would be there in a few minutes. I had to wait for over 15 minutes and only the fact that I was using a walking stick saved me from being moved on by the very understanding Luton Airport staff on duty. I was told that only the "official" Luton airport valet parking company will be allowed to operate there in the future. On the return trip the driver was there waiting when I arrived."April 28, 2009

"Quick, helpful and efficient service. Very reasonable rate. Made a big differnce time wise when catching and early morning flight. I think on retrospect I would have liked a reciept for my car and formal acknowledgment that I left it scratch free. No problems picking it up. Straightforward call to car park. Driver prompt and helpful. But I would have liked more time to check the car over before he left. And I didn't need to prove who I was (driver appeared to recognise me)or sign anything to confirm I had collected car. This could be worrying if something did go wrong and doesn't feel entirely professional."November 25, 2008
