"Car park was easy to find, booking in took a minute or so, very quick and efficient.
Bus left as soon as we were on board and the driver couldn't have been more helpful.
On return had about 5 minute wait for the bus, again the driver was very helpful. There was a little wait picking up the keys as the automated system was not operating.So within an hour of touch down we were driving home.
Cannot fault the service we received, just hope it's the same next time. Thanks and well done"

"All went very well and there were no exceptionally long delays. I think "essential Travel" should highlight on the download info that the car parking is with "Airparks" : this is handy to know when you are looking for the pick up point at the airport.
Even a logo on the back of the parking ticket would have been handy.
Not a real problem as we did have all the paperwork and when we read thro it the info it was there however others were asking us if the pick up point was correct for Slip End."
"Transport to and from the airport was excellent - but you need night time staff who care about the customers, we arrived back at the carpark about 12.30am and it had been changed since we parked the car with the addition of new buildings . no one on the bus knew where to go to collect the keys then we saw a building with a machine inside which said Keys - but we could not get it to work - your staff stood outside smoking, they could easily see that everyone was concerned that they could not get their car keys - but they did not even attempt to show anyone what to do - the machine was not working and they keys were elsewhere - it took another customer of the bus to show everyone what to do. None of the staff even talked to any of the customers - I would have expected 'are you ok' - at the very least.
When we got to our car - we found that it had been interfered with, the radio was on KISS - we had left it off, the mirrors and the seats had been moved"
"We arrived in the early hours with the car park arrivals area undergoing refurbishment. It was rather confusing - no obvious office, no signs, just 2 buses waiting. Through a misunderstanding we locked the car, boarded the first bus and travelled to the airport. At no time were we asked to hand in our keys or saw any signs to this effect. Consequently we flew with the car keys! On our return I explained our predicament, and advised the car had been moved without problem. It was undamaged and recovered without problem. Now there is a new self-service check-in which will be easy to use without errors by customers like me!"June 12, 2011
"Very efficient drop off and collection of car and keys.
Waited about 10mins on bus before left to go to airport, no wait on return as bus about to go but kindly let us on!
Car park surface not in good condition (loose largish stones ) which made is quite difficult to pull luggage along.
Overall very good except for poor state of car park surface."
"Great! I've used Airparks at Luton 3 or 4 times now and they've always been reliable. It's really easy to find from Jct 10 of M1 - just follow their web directions and follow the sign posts. Buses come every 20 mins and it's all organised very well."June 2, 2011
"It was very poor. They had no record of our booking and so had to organise the paperwork when we arrived. On our return they were not expecting us and the car was not ready as they had entered the wrong return date.
Sorry to say that it was a shoddy incompetent performance."

"Everything was ok going out on the 8th of May but coming back was a nightmare, we arrived back on the 22nd May and the queue was massive with people pushing in, open to the elements. We queued for over one hour no fun with a young child, it has put us from using Luton again."May 24, 2011

"Your directions were rubbish ! You said not to use the sat nav but using the road and town sent me to a completely wrong road in town. With terrible traffic jams it was getting tight. Luckily the staff were great and got me on the shuttle quickly so l got to the airport in time."May 14, 2011

"I have used Airparks twice now and have found the service really good and have had no problems whatsoever.
The drivers are helpfull and quick to help passengers with there suitcases etc.
And the whole procedure is efficient."

"Booking was straightforward and directions to the carpark were clear. The carpark was a bit ramshackle, but dropping the car off was fairly simple. However, when we collected the car it had been left in gear with the handbrake off. This casued me to nearly shunt the car in front when starting the engine. It takes a particularly stupid person to move cars in an airport carpark and leave them like this. It is inviting litigation as a result of damaged cars and whiplash. "Directions to the car park (taken from the website) were not great, could really do with a map for clarity. Other than that the busses were clean with plenty of space and there were no queues.
Only dissapointement was having to find my car out of a large number parked whilst in the dark at 2 am. It would not take much to bring them to the front of the compound and would make car collection much easier and smoother."
Check in quick and easy. Return key retrieval quick. Car park surface dreadful. Not good for suitcase wheels.
Returned at night and no lights in row where cars were parked except bright spotlight at end of row, which blinded.

"the service in the office is perfunctory and not particularly customer friendly and, tends to be off hand.I have used the park twice in recent weeks and both times had difficulty finding the M1 North from the park...it has been in the dark both times and even though I seem to take the correct turnings...I obviuosly do not...with a 5 hour drive ahead of me..it is daunting to find you are on a country road and nothing telling you which way for M1 North!!.The bus pick-up is very good!"March 21, 2011

"When I arrived at airparks at 5am on Monday 14 March the queue to check in car keys was massive, with only 2 members of staff behind the desk. Key check in took over 15 mins and I missed one bus and had to wait a further 15 mins for the next bus to leave. Add to this the bus was stopped in traffic on the approach to the airport for 10 minutes.
I was at airparks at 5am for 6.30am flight with no hold luggage and internet check in and nearly missed the flight being the last passenger to board the plane.
If Monday's are busy and these delays are common please either put more staff on key check in or warn customers on your website about Monday delays."
