We were booked in to drop our car off with Meet and Greet at Liverpool airport at 6am on 17 February 2009. We rang the number given at 5.45am and received no reply. We left a message and rang subsequent times and still got no reply. We rang Meet and Greet head office and got an answering machine to say that office hours were 9am to 5pm. We left a message. We waited in the correct place at Liverpool airport until 6.10am when we realised that no-one was coming. We then had to try and find a space in the long stay car park which took us until 6.30am. Our flight was due to leave at 7am and had we not just got hand luggage and had paid for the quick track security we would have missed our flight due to Meet and Greet's appalling service.
