The title and description given was 'Skypark Meet and Greet[both ways]', and although it was considerably more expensive than other parks as I had a wheel chair dependant traveller with me, I decided to book it.
However, on returning at the scheduled time, I found we were required to board a crowded bus (or wait in below-zero temperatures in the open air)to the extreme discomfort of my disabled passenger.. It was certainly not as advertised. March 10, 2011
the service was very good and efficient.was there within minutes of arrival and departure.suggest a little more patience on the 10 minute notification on arrival for customers having not been to liverpool airport before, was 5 minutes early but toilet duty for my grandaughter had to take me in to the short stay,your operator was a little abrupt when informed
of my intentions.I am fully aware of the free 10 mins.
