"Liverpool is the worst for parking out of the many airports I use. No terminal check in car parking. Exit from the carpark is a joke taking many minutesThe credit card entry and exit is good."

"I have used on line booking for parking at Liverpool Airport for a long time. It is quick, easy and reasonable in price. This time the barrier did not recognise my card. On return I took it to the office in the parking area and it was vailidated in no time at all.

I would recommend it to anyone."

"I was a little apprehensive with regard to opening
the barrier with my debit card at 5am, and had all sorts of visions of running around like a headless chicken trying to get onto the car park and missing the flight. As it happened, I put my card in, the barrier opened, just like clockwork, same thing on getting out. This exceeded my expectations and I'll not hesitate to fly from Liverpool using BCP again."

"Entry to car park was easy enough when we actually decided we were on the correct one. We found the signs at the entry a little confusing because of the rates for long stay parking displayed there,which led us to believe it was a pay as you leave park only or prepaid ticket access only.However,we persevered and inserted our credit card which duly raised the barrier.Finding a parking place was'nt easy as the park was extremely full but we managed it. Leaving after our holiday could'nt have been easier. Will use you again when flying from Liverpool."

"No problems except bleary eyed husband pulled a ticket out of the machine on the way in rather than casting his eye down and seeing it said put your credit card in if you booked online!!! Just went straight to the ticket office when we returned and was given a ticket to get out with otherwise we would have had to pay twice and although the money wouldhave bee returned it was possible that there would have been a £10 admin fee!!"

"Convenient and close to terminal, but not easy to find a space. Queue for long stay parking not separate from general drop off untl very close to entrance hence some extra queueing involved. Directions from Purple Parking did not clearly state that I should park in long stay parking and their web site did not provide the clearest instructions for the airport area, but good instructions as afr as airport. Easy to use and convenient mechanism for return issue of exit ticket."

"UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS A LOT OF BUILDING WORK GOING ON AND A LARGE PART OF THE CAR PARK WAS CLOSED SO I HAD TO PARK A LONG WAY FROM THE TERMINAL AND MY WIFE AND I HAD TO CARRY OUR CASES WHICH WAS A STRUGGLE FOR MY WIFE. ON THE PLUS SIDE WHEN I CAME TO PAY, THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. I HOPE THAT WHEN THE BUILDING WORK IS FINISHED IT DOES NOT TAKE UP TOO MUCH OF THE CAR PARK."

"The parking was good and accessible so really happy.

Just one thing to improve on, it's not clear that it is the actual airport car park. We arrived at 3am and were looking for Purple Car Park which we could not find anywhere. I tried to telephone but there was no answer from the number given. We had to find a security guard who told us to just park in the main long term car park, so were worried while we were away that we may have to pay again. It should be clearer on the web site directions. It does say that the airport is a short walk away so it confused us."

"Parking was fine, only problem was when we left with pre-booking we didn't know what to do, and eventually contacted help with the button on exit gate and gave the reference number. If we knew this it would've been better."

"I know that they are building a multi level park but until that is done space is usually at a premium and you inevitably end up a long way from the terminal ...why no shuttle bus ?"

"Staff encountered were friendly which was nice. Arrival was hassle free though took a while to find a space. Nice guy in hut on departure from carpark at 11pm, just seemed to be a very long way round to exit the carpark. Would use again."

"Pre-booking was absolutely brilliant... cheaper and took away need to remember to have "change for the machine" ready when you land!!

Only initial concern was finding a parkig space as these are not reserved and we were looky finding a space without too long a walk to the terminal .... This would not deter future use of this service."

"Easy to book and enter. Easy to park. Some delay leaving car park at midnight after flight due to only one ticket machine at barrier in operation. This led to a queue developing. Not something you want after travelling by air."

Sorry, This is the first time Ive checked my emails for a while.
The Car Park was secure but quite full. However we eventually found a space. Quite a lot of cars were parked in unallocated spaces- just laziness I think as you could find spaces if you looked hard enough.Its a long way out of the Car Park and complicated to find the exit-poor lighting in the evening.(These are just observations and I'm not trying to be critical)
Regarding my actual booking- The card reader would not accept my debit card at the entrance barrier(There are no instructions for this scenario at the barrier to follow- a queue built up behind us as we fathomed it out) so I approached the attendant in the booth on site after parking up. He said just come to him on my return with the booking reference and he would sort it. On my return I saw him but he was unable to trace my booking and validate my ticket. He eventually allowed me to leave by using the intercom at the exit barrier.
Other than that it was ok."

"The car park was easy to find, with any attendents very helpfull. I did feel that more signs would be good for exit purposes, and there was a lot of alterations going on again which could have had more signs.

"Very simple and quick to use - no problems. (Exit was not very easy to find in the dark and we came out on a road we did not recognise, without any immediate signing to Liverpool City Centre - improved signing needed perhaps?)For non-Liverpudlians a confusing situation."

"I am very dissapointed with your company because i was charged twice after a computer message from you saying to re-submit the details because of a fault.
The very rude woman i spoke to on the phone told me i would be refunded both payments and this hasn't happened.
I eventually booked my parking space with Parking4less and there wasn't a problem at the airport.
I am still awaiting the second refund and a reply to my last request for it.
I will await your responce to these comments."
