"Very poor. Nearest space was right down the east end. It was not at all clear how to validate the pass; had to ask two different people. Had to walk right down the west end to do that and then drag the case all the way back. Lanes and exit markers not particularly clear.

A truly horrid experience, although staff were polite."

I fully expected to see a sign for "Purple Parking" but did not. I saw similar signs EG for "Premier Parking" I parked in the mian car park and on return paid as usual as I assumed I had parked in the wrong place so my ticket would not be valid at the kiosk indicated in the website.
Nowhwere on the websits says that Purple parking is a payment method and not an actual seperate area or car park. I did ask security for directions but he did not know what I meant!
As I needed to ckeck in I had no time to persue the matter so just parked up in the main car park which is indeed where I should have been. I have complained to the company who refudes me a refund and sent me directiona from thier website to prove the y had provided the information. I agree directions were provided but I still was looking for a PURPLE PARKING sign when I got to the airport
As I have paid twice and have a reciept to prove a second payment for the duration I can assure you that I used the services of a car park and am not likely to want to pay twice not did I just not turn up for the flight and am asking for money back!!
It should be clear PURPLE PARKING is a payment method and not a physical place!
I told the company they offered goood value for money and may use again so I can only rate website instructions

"Cost ok, quite good value for money, obviously nicer if a bit cheaper! Proximity to John Lennon airport great - it is on site after all. Only downside for us is that it is very confusing when get to the entrance barrier when there are no obvious signs of what to do if you have pre paid ie inserting the credit card used to pay for the parking did not give us entry, then on exiting the car park, we inserted the credit card and it did not work and we had to request assistence and spoke to someone who we confirmed our booking reference number with - it was fine in the end - but could do to be a bit more simple to enter and exit the facility when pre-booked."

"Mixed views, the cost was good value for money and obtaining your exit ticket and making the initial booking was very easy. However I was disappointed with the following where improvements could be made:
1. Signs with all the roadworks wasn't easy to follow for a first time visit to the airport
2. No indication or help from attendants for where spaces may be available
3. No trolleys for luggage available when you had to park at a distance from the terminal
4. No option to use the drop off or pick up zone when you parked in the additional parking section so you had to carry luggage a long way and if the weather was inclement you would get very wet!"

"The car park was extremely busy what with the new building work going on. The normal procedure of putting your credit card in on arrival was not working and I had to take a ticket. I arrived back at 1am and it provided pretty inconvenient to have to walk to one end of the car park to get my ticket validated when my car was in completely the opposite direction. I have always found Liverpool car parking very good apart from this visit."

"Whilst close to the airport, you actually spend more time looking for a space driving around all the full car parks before you find a space. Very poor instructions in the car park and nothing to advise you of full areas such as cones blocking areas off. Over the road the parking is half the price and it is manned!!"

"One operational problem that needs to be sorted out pronto is the stated exit procedure.
It was clear that following the instructions given on the internet site were NOT as the Car Park attendant expected them to be i.e. he had to reluctantly "do something special" to be able to issue the prescribed exit ticket."

"Very confusing, drove around for about 10 mins trying to find the exit.
Seems like it's a few car parks all linked together, some aisles blocked off.
Should be more simpler when the multi-storey is built"

"Booking the parking was very straightforward. Parking in the car park was a different matter. There was nothing on the confirmation to tell me which car park directions to follow. Once on site, I had to drag someone out of their hut to direct me. Once in the car park, it was very difficult to find a space and difficult to circulate as the ends of the aisles are blocked so you have to keep reversing to try another aisle. There are no signs to indicate where the free spaces might be located. The 'overspill' car park is not well indicated either and once inside the first car park it is not clear how to get to the second section. I will NOT be parking here again. It is the worst airport car park I have ever seen."

"Signage inside to airport to the car park (and document endorsement kiosk) would have been good as it was bitterly cold and rainy. The service was quick once the kiosk was found, external signage to the kiosk could be better. The exit from the car park took ages, signage was part of the issue but people trying to exit without proper authorisation was a problem. All that said - I have had worse experiences at other airports and was able to park my car not too far from the terminal."

"Well laid out.
The credit card facility did not work but easily recified by a visit to the booth.
My handbag was stolen abroad containing car keys and car park ticket. I could not get spare keys for a couple of days and I was not charged for the extra days. A nice touch after a nightmare few days!
I would use you again."

"We use airport parking at Liverpool a lot and we were most satisfied with your services thanks. On Airport parking is convenient and you "keep" your keys for peace of mind. Carpark 2 is easier for finding spaces than 1. But, no problems. See on Sunday 3'rd Feb."

"Easy to find and park,plenty of spaces and 2-5 mins walk to terminal depending where you park.Easy to get exit ticket varified,but found it difficult to find the exit,NOT ENOUGH SIGNS,but this could be due to ongoing building work."

"The bboking experience was good but the long stay parking area is not well designed. It was busy and we had to park a fairly long way from the terminal building and there were no luggage trolleys. The exit from the long stay is a mess. We drove round the car park for ages and then you exit at the rear of the facility leaving a nasty right turn across a busy road to access the main roads. Previously the exit route was much easier."

"I do like liverpool airport. BUT

I bought a discounted voucher from Park and Go. In the rain I walked back and forth to find the office. Then decided I would go to the car and drive out to the cabin and talk. The exit is no longer next to the entrance. Long queue of cars. No room to back up.
A very disapponting experience. I then approached the barrier talked with a very nice man who lifted the barrier. Now worried that since my entry and exit were not logged then I could still be rolling up a parking bill at Liverpool!"

"Very straightforward, but I wish you didn't have to go back a booth for ticket verification (the booth was in the opposite direction to my car, and the weather wasn't good!) Having said that, there was quick processing of tickets in the booth and no queues."

"'On airport ' NO-WAY!
Our party of four (young children included) had a 15 minute walk in freezing conditions from the furthest end of the overflow car park to the terminal building - despite having booked well in advance! And to cap it all on our return the barrier would not recognise our credit card!"

"I provided my reference at the time of parking when asking for help, then never saw it again. Liverpool were extremely rude and not helpful and tried everything to be awkward even though everything was on record and only needed my card number to trace the booking in the end. Your service good, theirs bad and also had to park in the further possible space due to the car parks being fully booked. It seemed as if I had walked to the airport."
