"I thought that the price was quite reasonable for a week's parking. I also thought that the method of entry and exit using one's credit card was simple and efficient. However, on the negative side, we spent quite a long time looking for a space and ended up quite a distance away, resulting in a fair walk to the terminal building."

"This car park was excellent. right by LJL airport. it was simple to use just get your ticket and because i had pre booked i just put in my wallet and just forgot about till i got back. i was 4 hours late on my flight and i din't have to pay any extra! good quick reliable service!"

"Found parking at Liverpool airport really good , the staff were most helpful as we had lost our booking ref no..but they were quick top help and resolve our situation as you can imagine it was a stressful time !!!!

"Terrible arrived barrier would not accept c/card.Took
normal ticket, queue behind getting bigger.Ages to find
a space.Heavy rain No covered walkways to terminal.had
To find booth in the rain about 5 mins to rectify
c/card not to be charged twice On return back to booth
again to get ticket to exit as it was day after
security bomb alert getting a nightmare I could go on"

"I booked a place in the long term car park close to the Airport building using the web site. Car park 1 was full so I was directed to Car park 2, which was accessed this car park using my debit card - always a relief when the barrier goes up! We soon found a parking slot although the cark park was quite full. There was a trolley park nearby so we were able to get a trolley to transport our baggage to the main building about 5 minutes away. We were also pleased to get our money back when we parked the trolley in the main building. On return, the use of the car park was just as convenient.
The cost for 8 days was a little over £4 per day which is reasonable for relatively convenient parking."

"Car park 2 at Liverpool John Lennon is a fair stride from the terminal carrying luggage in the open.
Would suggest a covered walkway for at least some of the way.
Ticket validation Portakabin not obvious, otherwise OK with safe secure facility"

"Car park easy to find. Access /egress as per booking information was staight forward. Security patrols were evident (left the car there for seven days with no problems) The car park is large. The short walk to the terminal is available from adjacent spaces only. If you are at the furthest reaches of long stay park No1 or in Long stay park No2 the walk is 5 to 10 mins. This is OK if the weather is fine but would be unpleasant in wet/windy weather. No luggage trolleys were visible/available on the day we arrived. The airport really needs to consider providing a shuttle bus service between the terminal building and the long stay car parks."

"Easy access, easy exit, a bit full so if you are at the additional parking area it is a long walk to the terminal. Spaces a bit tight for 4x4's. Expensive for a weekend break."

"No problems using carpark. Directions to find carpark good.Only comment was that the car park was quite a distance from the terminal and there did not appear to be a courtesy bus.If the weather had been bad the walk to and from the terminal would not have been very nice."

"a great way to book and pay for the parking i was impressed how i just had to put the credit card i paid with into the machine also on return instead of getting a ticket in the airport i just put the credit card in at the barrier and off we went. Great idea"

"had no problem getting in but struggled to find a space, when leaving the car park the ticket came up with a 49.00 charge and when i spoke to the attendent he said i must provide the parking ref-number. as it was early hours of the morning and i dident have the number he asked for my bank card number, which i gave and he let us out but i hope we will not be charged the extra money."

"We had to use the #2 long stay car park as directed by parking staff. This was too far to walk in the horrendous weather plus the fact that we could clearly see empty spaces in the #1 park."

"Highly recommended for ease of use, speed of booking, proximity to terminal and cost of service. Only 1 small downside - finding a space can be a bit tricky - experts seem to track people emerging from the terminal on their way home!"

"very good on airport parking. simple system, prebook with a debit/credit card and just use the same card to enter and exit the car park , saves messing about with tickets. Even though spaces nearest the terminal were all full it is an easy level 5min walk from the further spaces to departures."

"Our 1st experience here and although there was no problems we found the distance too far to walk for my wife - and on this particular visit it was the worst weather recorded in June! - so the critiscm is that there should be some type of 'shuttle' service to the furthest car park areas.
Booking and communication is excellent and we appreciate this opportunity to voice our concerns."

"Car park itself is ok but only if you manage to park in area 1 outside the terminal. Parking on area 2 is a bit of a trek to the terminal building, not bad when the weather is ok but awful if, as when i landed, it is raining as there is no obvious transport around the rather expansive car park so lugging cases & children in the rain wearing sumer clothes put a rather damp end on my holiday! Plus where the hire cars are parked next to the terminal building, the zebra crossings are blocked with cars so you have to walk on the main causeway with the traffic, also dangerous when lugging suitcases & children. The car park itself is in good condition & i was happy to leave my car there but it would be much better if a shuttle was available at peak times when area 1 is full & area 2 is busy & hire car areas were better controlled. The staff were also very pleasant when directing traffic. I have used this type of car park before at Manchester Airport & whilst i appreciate Manchester is a larger operation, the shuttle service just takes the pain out of trekking around the car park when returning from the sunshine to the good old british rain!"

"Number one car park was, as seems to always be the case these days, full so we had to use car park 2, which is a bit more of a walk but still no more than 10 minutes away from the terminal. Not that that isnt far enough to get completely soaked if you havent taken precautions against unseasonable June weather! Popped in the credit card and no problem in and out very quickly and onto the road home with very little hassle."

"We found car park easily from directions given. We parked at the far end of car park 2.

On return we found pay office easily - opposite yellow submarine but ended up trying to cross a busy road while struggling with suitcases - it was also raining quite heavily. Other airport car parks have offered a curtesy bus or curtesy train which would have been very handy.

Having said that - we wouldn't hesitate to use you again and have no grounds for complaints - it is just something you may wish to consider. :)

"The price was reasonable the only concern is it was a long way to walk to the terminal with a fully laiden trolley and small child. No shuttle bus, so walking was the only option. Despite this I would use it again if flying from Liverpool. Good value and easy to use."
