The arrival process was great - phoned as instructed and all went well. Quite fast, and efficient.
On arrival back from holiday it didn�t go quite to plan. It seems we didn�t tell the phone operator that we were a "meet & greet" when phoning from arrivals when we had collected our baggage. So they assumed we were to be picked up (with their other non-meet & greet clients) and taken back to the parking compound.
It got sorted out, and on reflection, though were were a bit fed up about how this last leg worked, we would do it again, because it cuts a couple of stages out of the process. But we would just make sure we pointed out that were "meet & greet" clients. September 16, 2009

10 mins wait to be met at each end plus the return to me of my car dirty with many bird droppings means I will not use this service again.It would have been quicker and cheaper to prebook the normal car park (plus no bird shit) April 25, 2009
Had to wait 15 mins on arrival for pick up and 30 mins on return even after two phone calls. Did apologise and blamed being busy but not much of an excuse when you know in advance return flight. Not very pleasant to stand 30mins after midnight on a cold night waiting. March 31, 2009
