"**DO NOT USE** 'Mystery Parking' actually turned out to be Kangeroo Parking in our case. The company, whichever it is, is a SHAM. For the outward journey they require a call 30 mins before arrival at Heathrow - and didn't answer their phone 3 times in a row when I tried from Reading services on the M4. The driver then called me 20 mins later, I had no choice but to answer, despite being back on the motorway. The driver was then 20 mins late from the agreed time. He didn't answer his phone either several times. If I had hold luggage to check in its fairly likely I would have missed my flight.
For the return journey pickup the driver took 1hr 30 mins to arrive from when we called after picking up our luggage. The 'office' repeatedly lied over the phone as I called them throughout this period. 'Driver is 5 minutes away', 'Driver will call you in 5 minutes', over and over again. The driver did not call for 1hr 29mins. We were on the verge of calling the police. NEVER AGAIN. If you are late you are late, but do not LIE about it - shocking customer 'service' - they even said the driver was stuck in a tunnel at the terminal with no signal.... 30 mins before he turned up. Several times they hung up on me and didn't answer their phone. The alternative landline numbers are all out of service. COWBOY company - cannot stress enough; DO NOT USE."
