"Good service overall. Just that the lady that served me on getting to the site was very rude. It took almost half an hour for the transfer bus to arrive and no one said anything. Otherwise on my way back the bus was waiting which was good. I will probably use them again if they are competitive"March 22, 2011

"Absolutely awful. I and another passenger from Frankfurt waited more than 45 minutes to be picked up. Then on to T3 and another 20 minutes before getting to "Quality" Airport Parking. The T3 passengers had also been waiting 40 minutes. I and the Frankfurt passenger tried to meet Roger, the duty Manager who hid in the car park for 20 minutes before emerging. He refused to speak to us and asked us to fill in a form,whih I will do as I never get an answer to these e-mails.It took longer to get from T1 to the exit of Quality airport parking than to fly from Frankfurt.Absolutely diabolical and basically incompetent service.Not enough drivers, (buses always parked by the entrance not in use) Telephones from buses to acr park are slow to be answered wasting more time."March 12, 2011

"I have used several companies previously and this was a last minute booking, so slightly dubious. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff with no hassle or waiting too long for pick up on return.
I used the BA site to obtain a quote and was told that the transfer to airport would cost extra which it didn't, so will definitely use this company again."
"Clear directions to the car park, with very quick, efficient and smooth registering and parking of car. Immediate transfer to airport. On return , as had rung in immediately on landing had expected transfer transport to be waiting for us, but had to ring once at bus stop and wait a further 15 mins. however then procedure went smoothly and speedily. "I would hesitate in using quality parking again purely because of the time we had to wait outside in the cold. I was asked to call as soon as we landed, which we did, this gave ample time for the minibus to arrive. However, we still had to wait approx 15-20 mins for the bus to arrive, which I feel is far too long. Other parking providers arrived long before quality parking"February 22, 2011
"This was a very smooth ans easy service, that lived up to its promise. I stupidly left important travel documents on my cad rear seat once I had been dropped off by your driver to the airport. On contacting the office, they manage to retrieve my documents and send them over to me at the airport within 30 minutes. I can not praise this service enough and will most definitely use you again, as well as recommend to anyone who will be travelling from Heathrow in the future."February 21, 2011

"We were impressed by your service. Yes, there was a bit of a wait for the bus to arrive, but not too long. A passenger before us had left an electronic device on the bus and your staff were obviously making every effort to ensure that it was returned to him before his flight. "Excellent service when car dropped off. We had been held up by severe traffic problems & driver insisted in dropping us off 1st to ensure we made our flight. Only moan was we waited 30 minutes to be collected when returning back to heathrow, but would definitely use Q park again"January 21, 2011
"I have no problem with the trip to the airport from The car park but pick up from Terminal 1 can be very slow ,way beyond the 15 mins promised. I frequently have to call to find out where the bus is ,but accurate responses are not given.The drivers also complain about the state of the buses , not properly serviced etc. Over New Year several drivers didn't turn up and I nearly missed my flight."January 20, 2011

"Unfortunatly when we had parked the car and went to The Airport our flight was cancelled. We had to return 2 days later for a new flight. Quality Airport coulden't refund this for us because we had booked through Essential travel. Essential Travel refunded the original when we rebooked a new booking with them. The staff at Quality Airport were very nice, but it was a shame that we coulden't of just moved the booking."January 9, 2011

"Don't use Dry-fly-Ride car park.I booked with them for 12 days at Heathrow and due to airport closure I had to cancel holiday and spending only one night at the car park. They refused to give a part refund as "they had to employ extra staff because of the busy season". Very, very, poor!!!"January 6, 2011

"I have now used your service twice and based on these trips I will comment as follows :-
> Going to the airport has always been straight forwards and the drivers are very helpful
> Coming back was not so straight forward.
The first time I phoned your number and noone answered for about 20 mins, after finally getting through I had to wait at the bus stop for 20 mins in the freezing cold. When finally picked up I had a further 15 mins travelling through different terminals before eventually getting to my car about 1 hour after i started to wait (not quite the 15 mins promised).
The second time the phone was answered after ringing for about 40 seconds and this time the van was waiting at the bus stop. However, again a further 15 mins of travelling through different terminals.
Now compared to Heathrow's own business car parking you are approx £4 cheeper but they have a reliable every 10 mins bus service and max 15 mins to the car... so I think i may be better off with them next time although i will kindly hear you comments."

"Easy to find and problem free parking.2 or 3 minuit wait befor mini bus left and only about a mile from the terminal.Pick up back also hassle free.Make sure you have your confirmation booking printout because if you book late just having the booking reference isnt enough as the booking agency might not have sent it on to the Parking company,you have to remember who you booked it through and if you have used a lot of searches it gets a bit fuzy.Have used twice now and would recommend."November 26, 2010
