"The instructions i.e the address to the parking I booked was a joke. Bath Road and no detailed directions. Bath road is very long so I spent about 30 minutes trying to locate it. I tried to phone the number provided in the conformation and this number wasn't working. Very stressful as this could have led to me missing my flight.
Once located the parking everything worked great and it was very cost effective."

"I booked the car parking from 22nd Dec 2011 until 4th Jan 2012. I found the directions to the car park from the M25 excellent and found all the staff to be courteous and helpful. I was given a free upgrade to one way chauffeur service and my car was waiting outside the terminal after I had cleared customs. All in all an excellent service."January 6, 2012
"I haven't used these facilities at Heathrow before because we normally fly from gatwick and use one of your associate companies. This was just as efficient and excellent a service and I would not hesitate to use again.

"Booking was easy, and quick. Locating car park, dropping off car and shuttle to terminal was good and efficient. Pick up was disappointing; hanging about on a cold, dark wet evening away from main bus area was not so good, an uncomfortable place to wait for the shuttle that could have been 2 minutes or 22 minutes away, with no indication and a growing queue of passengers. In saying this I appreciate that the location problem lies with Airport Authority and not with Quality Parking."December 20, 2011

Lady on duty when we arrived - I know it was 4am in the morning but that is her job - she could do with being a little more friendly and polite and not so snappy!!.
Wait was a little long at the airport on the return journey."

"Good prompt service on arrival, and quick transfer to the airport in around 15mins from arrival.
However, it took us an hour to get back to the carpark on returning because we had to phone the company and our phones had no charge - so after an overnight flight from S Africa via Cairo we had to find a place to charge the phones and only then make the phone call. This could have been circumvented if it was explained on admission to the car park - quite carefully."

"Excellent service and great location (it genuinely is within 10 minutes of Heathrow, or at least T3 which I used). We were immediately taken to the airport after dropping the car off and the bus was waiting at the bus stop when we arrived back - no delays at all. "An excellent service. Having not used it before, I was not hopeful that it would be as good as claimed. But it was. No waiting around and fast, efficient, VFM service both arriving and returning. I would definitely use it again.
"Excellent service, very professional and efficient.
My only issue was the address provided on my confirmation email was different to the address i had apparantly booked to stay at. I wasn't aware of this and used the postcode for my satnav to the parking. When i arrived i was told i wasn't booked into that site, but they would be happy to accept me there and refund the difference in cost to me, which made it easy for me.
Would definitley use the Purple Parking at Heathrow again, it was a very smooth operation"

"Reception was excellent as was the transit to the terminal. The service on return was not as good however. I followed the telephoning instructions after clearing baggage return, was serenaded by Frank Sinatra for about 5 minutes - and then the phone went dead. I tried again but again was told that all their staff were busy and 'your call is important to us'. It was important to me too! More Frank Sinatra. A further 5-10 minutes later a bus arrived having been summoned by another passenger who had been more fortunate than I. Once we arrived at Q-Park though, the collection procedure was very good. Overall a good service but let down by an inefficient communication system. Surely a dedicated phone line would not be asking too much."September 19, 2011
