"No problems at all. The only problem i can envisage is the collection from the terminal if you do not know the airport as there are no signs for the collection area parking bays."

"The service from the begining of our journey to the end was made simple and stress free.This was made possible with the hlep of the kind staff at the Q-park by giving me a sound advice and direction to an easy and clear location of the car park.On my return journey we were picked withing a few minutes or even seconds of our landing and cusotom clearance by a waiting van driver who again helped in loading our luggage .He ever so helpful and kind .Thanks for all your help.

"Generally the car park was excellent. The car park area and offices are very well laid out and clean (makes the airport terminals look even worse), transfer to the airport was very quick and very good. Our only criticism was the collection on our arrival back, we followed all procedures by ringing as soon as we got our luggage but from making this call to being collected took approx 30 - 35 mins with 25mins sitting at an outside bus stop surrounded by roads and fumes. With two small children and after 4hrs travelling it is not very enjoyable, if cold and wet it would be impossible!.
We would certainly use the service again but only if we knew that the collection service could be improved - even if we were told that the collection would be20 to mins then we could have stayed inside the terminal building."

"This was our first time using Q Park, but having previously used both onsite and offsite parking, I plan to make Q Park my first choice for future parking. The facility is clean and modern, transfer to the airport was quick, pick up was equally as fast. The facility seems very secure, due to the compactness of the parking site (it's rather like a highrise parking garage). My only negative comment comparing this to other parking facilities is that the transfer bus is smaller than competitors...we were lucky that the driver let our son sit on my lap on the way back to the site, or else we would have had to wait for another bus...I think there are 8 or 10 seats on the bus."

"Easy to find, quick and efficient staff when checking in and collecting our car (they even had the equipment to jump start it when we couldn't get it going!), and excellent pick up service from terminal 3, only 10 minutes from the phone call to the bus arriving! Will definately book with them again from Heathrow!"

"Absolutely awful. It took 80 minutes to get from picking up our luggage to picking up our car - and the park is only 10 minutes from the terminal. The first 20 minutes were wasted trying to get them to answer the phone to pick us up. We spent a further 25 minutes in the rain waiting for the bus to arrive. At the park itself they were short staffed and disorganised.Never again."

"They need to resolve the issue of having 8 seater buses only. On the way back, although queuing at the teminal for the bus, the driver didn't select the first 8 people in the queue, but instead anyonme that could first put their luggage in the boot! and the boot is at the back of the queue, so obviously the people waiting least got on the bus first! A couple at the top of the queue had to wait for the next bus."

"Very efficient except on collection, was told to go to the bus stop number 5, but followed the signs from t 2 and ended up in the commercial bus station, asked a policeman and one of the many high viz jackets but found they had no idea. Returned to terninal and called Q park. Turns out the bust stop 5 is quite close to terminal but is marked by one sign on the terminal building and is tricky to see. The bus stop is uncoverered (it was raining)"

"Check in was easy and efficient. Coming back was delayed due to staff sickness otherwise the staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend a ticket system like the one found at the delicatessens in supermarkets as this would remove the need to argue who is due to go in the next minibus. In this instance I was prepared to wait for the next minibus. I am not sure I would have been as patient if I had been on a longer flight and if I had been travelling with children."

Both for departure and return, the staff (both counter and drivers) and our handling were quick, courteous and efficient and our car was waiting for us on arrival. We have used Q Park on a number of occasions and have been impressed with the quality of service and would happily use them again."

"The collection from the airport was very poor and caused a row between my group and another group who claimed to be in front of us. I waited over 30 minutes for a collection and 1x 8 seater mini bus turned up to collect about 30 people and the atmoshere was very hostile.

After a perfect jorney which included a 2 & 1/2 hour ferry, 1 hour bus journey and a 3 & 1/2 hour flight the whole experience was ruined.

I also had another 3 & 1/2 hour car drive which went well in the end but the delay caused by q park and the hostilitys that occured left a nasty feeling.

I would be reluctant to use your service again due to this fault at the collection point."

"Excellent service. This car park was selected because it was closer to the airport rather than a slightly cheaper one some distance away. When we arrived at the car park our luggage was transferred from the car to the mini bus in a matter of seconds. There was minimal fuss and paperwork when leaving the car key. The transfer to Terminal 4 left immediately and was very quick. The driver knew her way round Heathrow like the back of her hand. We were dropped off exactly where we needed to be. On return there was a minibus at the terminal and so again the return to the car park was speedy. Our car was ready to drive off and again there was no paper work to retrieve the car key. I would strongly recommend this service as it was hassle free, friedly and helpful assistants and made a good start and end to our holiday. Thank you very much."

in desk they already knew my name, and explained the return procedure accurately. Got fast service to terminal 3 and on return after the call to them received transport within 10 minutes. Car was ready at the front of their building ready to go. Would use them again. Good service."

"Both the delivery of the car to Q Park and the collection went extremely smoothly. Staff were friendly and helpful and the paperwork and transport to the terminal were achieved with a minimum of fuss. Collection from the airport on our return was arranged with one short phone call and the minibus arrived within five minutes of calling. Again, the 'administration' was achieved quickly and the car was ready for collection so we were soon on our way to the M25. Then our troubles began..."

"I was impressed by the service. The parking facility looked modern and professional and the whole booking and registration process was very efficient and hassle free.
We arrived back at 9.30pm and there was a bus waiting for us a Terminal 1 - again a quick and straightforward process to get back to my car.
I use Heathrow at least once a week for business travel (although this trip was a family holiday trip) and I will definitely consider Qpark for this instead of Pink Elephant"
