"Dropping off the car was very efficient.

Returning was a little chaotic - quite a long wait at the terminal, then people sitting on the floor of the bus as not enough seats. The control to driver radio traffic seemed to demonstrate lost of passengers waiting at the terminal"

"The service was very efficient. On arrival following checking in I was almost immediately taken to the airport terminal and on my return only hd to wait 5 minutes to be collected. My car was parked near reception so I could leave quickly and start my homeward journey."

"Easy to find, very close to airport, good documentation, just drop your keys at the desk, everything is taken care of for you. On the return journey, mini bus was waiting for us already, as soon as we got to the pick up point. Driver both ways was very courteous, happy, very chatty, loaded all our cases on to the bus. On arrival at car park, we were dealt with very quickly, picked car up straight away, brilliant. Not the cheapest, but, will definitely use them again when flying from Heathrow."

"This was the first time I booked 'off airport' for Heathrow and was a bit nervous. However this is the easiest carpark I have used at any airport. It was modern clean and very efficient and as close as any other. Quick drop off and quick pickup [less than 5 minutes from calling]. No hesitation in recommending this car park and I will use them in the future."

"Very good. Under cover drop off and pick up, minibus to/from airport. Maybe a little slow on pick up from airport, but we did arrive after midnight due to a delay. Very close to airport so excellent for early flight, especially when stopping overnight at Premier Travel Inn which is literally next door."

The only issue is that you cannot print a receipt out after the event. I booked from an airport, where I could not print. So I then emailed your Booking email ID and have had NO reply to my request!

"This is a new modern car park which is really close to Heathrow about 1 mile. The distance from the airport is important because all of these company's quote transfer durations which can be far longer in the rush hour traffic that you get around Heathrow. The transfer time by mini bus is only 5 minutes which is really good. On my return I called them when I had cleared customs and the minibus arrived within 5 minutes. I will certainly use them again."

"Q Park is great, because the staff on reception and the drivers are friendly and efficient.
I needed some air in my tyre when I collected my car yesterday, the staff could not have been more helpful. I have used 5 or 6 of the others and now I choose Q Park. It is clean, modern and friendly.
I only wish the busses could get to the terminals on arrival quicker, sometimes it's over 20 mins."

"Very good facility. Easy to find, very well set out and the sort of place one really felt comfortable leaving car.

The only dissapointment was rather a long wait to be picked up on arrival back at Heathrow - nearly 30 minutes."

"The Q park premises are modern and very nice, drivers very pleasant.
On our return however, the instructions on where to go were vague (no stand number was quoted) and we were also told to wait 40 minutes for a minibus - so when we called back to say we would take a cab - they said a minibus WAS on the way already. We would have been inside nursing a coffee for 40 minutes whilst minibuses arrived and departed without that second call. Without this mishap we would have rated the company higher."

"While Q Park was very easy to find and the experience heading outbound was good although one might expect a better outlook heading out on holiday(& conversely worse inbound!) it was severely marred by the inbound pickup experience. I was far from alone in experiencing a poor pickup service,drivers denying responsibility on behalf of the company for bad service ('it's very busy at the moment & I'm just the driver' is no excuse in business). At least a dozen others that I witnessed had the same experience due mainly to no fair & just queueing system being in place - who battles on to the buses first at busy times is definitely not a fair system!Being told at reception once we finally got to the car park after the best part of an hours wait that it was due to having three vehivcles off the road is also a poor excuse - all businesses should have contingency plans in place and hiring additional vans is not a problem. I also travel frequently on business and Q Park has the potential to be an exceptional if perhaps less mainstream airport parking business sitting somewhere in between the likes of mass market providers like pink elephnat and the bespoke valet providers. However, sadly, unless a very rapid turnaround can be achieved on my experience last night and those of my fellow travellers then the effects of negative publicity will spread far & wide. A measure of the unhappiness was one passenger calling th epolice to try & sort out the impasse that occurred between passengers thought to have jumped the queue & those deemed to have waited their turn. While not the drivers responsibilty to sort out the consequences it is the company's and the drivers response of that we would all sit there until the passengers sorted out who would get on the bus & who wouldn't didn't of course produce a solution however several people were forced to send thier partners on to the car park while thy waited for an indefinite time for another bus, some people forced to split up with children in some cases very young and their partners in order to pick cars up alone & return to fetch their realtives themselves from the pickup point.

I doubt anyone who used the service last night would do so again from choice which would be a shame as it has the makings of a good niche operator. One bad review of course does not mean that the service is always poor but the effects of a poor service were all too apparent on a bank holiday weekend."

"Parking facility is new and security looks impressive. On arrival you check in and hand in your keys and wait for a bus. The queue could be improved as it was a bit of a free for all.
On our return to T4 I was very disappointed with the time it took for the collection bus to arrive - 40mins - this may have been due to traffic (7pm when I called) - this would be my only gripe to an otherwise good service."

"The service from the begining of our journey to the end was made simple and stress free.This was made possible with the hlep of the kind staff at the Q-park by giving me a sound advice and direction to an easy and clear location of the car park.On my return journey we were picked withing a few minutes or even seconds of our landing and cusotom clearance by a waiting van driver who again helped in loading our luggage .He ever so helpful and kind .Thanks for all your help.

"Generally the car park was excellent. The car park area and offices are very well laid out and clean (makes the airport terminals look even worse), transfer to the airport was very quick and very good. Our only criticism was the collection on our arrival back, we followed all procedures by ringing as soon as we got our luggage but from making this call to being collected took approx 30 - 35 mins with 25mins sitting at an outside bus stop surrounded by roads and fumes. With two small children and after 4hrs travelling it is not very enjoyable, if cold and wet it would be impossible!.
We would certainly use the service again but only if we knew that the collection service could be improved - even if we were told that the collection would be20 to mins then we could have stayed inside the terminal building."
