"I rarely fly out of Heathrow, and wasn't looking forward to either the cost or time in having to park there or nearby.
£18 odd quid for 2 days was a bargain compared to other airports, and I landed at terminal 5 at 8.35, and even having luggage to reclaim, I was back in my car on the Bath road by 9.15pm. Quite impressed.
Will definitely use Quality parking again.

"This was the worst experience I've ever had with this type of company. I decided to book this one, and pay more, because they were nearer to the airport and had more frequent pick ups. We ended up waiting one hour to be picked up and the staff were extremely rude."March 19, 2009
"Arrival at Heathrow was perfect but when we arrived back from our break we phoned to say we were back and were told to get bus from stop 5. We got the purple parking bus as all the details on print out refer to purple parking and gave the driver our ticket. He then took us to wrong car park. 1 hour later we returned to our car and suggested they tell people when they land to get the quality not PP bus and was told this keeps happening! "Had us in a panic for our departure as they were apparently short of drivers. We barely made it for our flight. On our return, despite instructions to call as soon as we landed, the office staff were clearly not interested in picking up the phone. Eventually, after several attempts, we got an answer by a lady who first attempted to fob us off and then sent us to the wrong bus stop.
The drivers were however very pleasant."

"At first finding the car park was diffecult as it's name was called Quality Parking. After I establised this, parking the car was easy. Reception was clean and everything looked clean and organzed. The driver was nice and very helpful, there and back. The only issue that I had was when I left baggage hall, as instructed I called to the office to arrange for a pick up. I spoke to a gentlemen. He was talking to me as well as somebody else and speaking away from the phone, so I could hardly hear him. When he mentioned the bus stop number, I confirmed did you say 7 he said NO with a raise voice. I then asked what number then, he said 17 (raising his voice again) I said why are you shouting at me. He replied you cant hear me. I said it's not that I can't hear you, your having another conversation with somebody else and you are not speaking through the mouth piece. He said how will I know this. I said forget it, I just want to get home.
When the driver picked me and my partner up from the airport and took us to the car park, I thought about making a complain. On my arrival, an indian guy said, can you hear me. I said, just give me my keys as I don't want to argue. For what ever reason, he then said that he was being made redundent and that he did'nt care. I replied I don't blame the company getting rid of you and left. I travel every month from all London Airports and have never met somebody so rude. All was good minus this guy, which I then found out that he was the manager.
"Check-in was very efficient. On the way back i waited 40 minutes to be picked-up from the terminal. With the trasnfer i lost almost 2 hours versus taking Heathrow express. I will not be using this company again."February 16, 2009
"Parking at Quaity was a very efficient and easy system. Everything was ready when we arrived and we checked in in under two minutes. A van took us directly to our terminal. On our return we called to let them know we had returned, We walked to Bus Stop 5 and a van was waiting for us. Checking out took less than a minute and our car had been brought down waiting for us. "The site was very easy to find from the directions given. Check in was speedy and polite and there was not waiting around. The site was only a few minutes drive from the airport. On our return we made a call to the

"Booking online was easy.
Directions to the park were clear - although the final turn was further than expected.
I really liked the covered parking and walk to reception experience on entry and the same ease of collection on return
Staff in reception were not well trained in customer service - leaving customers to stand in line while they had conversation, or did other activities, without greeting customers, or indicating when customers would be processed.
On return, the operator who took my call was abrupt and gave no indication how long I would have to wait. The driver was off-hand with other passengers and damaged a case when removing bags from the bus.
Overall, experience of the location and physical environment were great but the customer service was awful."

"Q Parking was further from the airport than I had expected, transfer took longer than 5 minutes as we had to drop other passengers to other terminals. On our return journey the minibus took over 20 minutes to collect us from the terminal and we had to phone 3 times. Service wasn't too bad but considering it is not the cheapest car park I would have expected not to have to wait so long. The minibus driver was rude when we mentioned how long we had waited, and did not put our bags in our out of the bus as a consequence which was not very professional. Return:did as instructed only to be told that BA do not fly from terminal 1 (yes they do Lisbon)Go to Bus stop 1. When there at least 20 other people waiting for the same comapny bus, to be told another one along in a few minutes (which it was but also could not fit us on). 3rd bus did! Why if you ask for return flight is you system not able to calculate the demand and amke sure transport is available to prevent such log jams which tarnis your image?"

"Q park seems pretty efficient and is very easy to get to for anyone coming from the North or the East. Our booking was made through FHR, and on arrival they had a bit of trouble tracing our booking - our booking ref did not correspond with theirs- but once found there was no problem Transfer are quite quick and go frequently."October 28, 2008
