"The location and service were excellent; easy to find and easy to use. Returning though early at 04.50 there was a little delay in answering the phone, but there service vehicle arrived in the 10 minutes they quoted. My vehicle was ready, close to the gate and in good order. My only slight negative was the delay to leave for the Heathrow Terminal,after bringin my car, with no announcements or indication as to how long we would wait for the service to the airport terminal. it was about 15 minutes. "I thought the service from Quality airport parking was brilliant. A friendly and informative greating from the staff on the gate. Less than 15 minutes after entering the gate of QAP we were outside terminal 5 and ready to go.
On return it couldn't have been simpler. We landed, called the number as instructed, handed over our return card and were in the car 10 minutes later.
Over all extremely please with the service and the staff were more than helpful. I will certainly use QAP again."

"We arrived yesterday, collected in a timely manner with a smooth handover of keys and vehicle all with courtesy from your attendants and driver. Our outbound arrival at Quality parking was not a seamless transitions. The attendant requested we choose a parking space which my husband did only to be told this was not correct and to move the vehicle, he was directed towards the counter traffic flow. The angle of the parking our Volvo lock did not allow him to manuever the vehicle into the space quick enough for one of your attendants. Roger, came out of the office in a menacing manner and proceeded to shout at us both to move the vehicle, he did not care what reason. Andrew, recognised our distress and kindly offered to park the vehicle for us, acknowledging the turning angle was difficult, he assisted in unloading the luggage. His courtesy is most appreciated. We expect a response from either you or quality parking within 7 working days. An email has also been sent to Quality Parking directly."March 3, 2010

"Excellent. Whenever I drive my car to the Heathrow AP, I usually use this. I noticed their service has been improved and more comfortable and reliable than before.
"Right from check in to transport to Terminal 4 at a quite early hour of 5.30am everything was excellent. Upon our return we only had to wait less than ten minutes for transport to arrive to take us back to the parking area. Our keys were efficiently handed to us by the driver and ouir car was immediately available for a very quick departure comparitively late on a Sunday evening 10.30pm. The cost was less than it would have cost 3 of us to use public transport even were it available at the hours mentioned for our departure and arrival to/from terminal 4. (and we were only coming from Reading) I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility to friends and colleagues. We are flying from Terminal 5 with Ba to Zurich in May and will certainly be using this parking facility again."February 21, 2010

"No stress parking - easy to find location, very quick and smooth, drive in, car scanned at barrier, takes 20 seconds or so, park, unload, walk 20 yards to bus, hand over keys to driver who loads luggage into trailer, 5 minutes drive to terminal 3. On return, I had lost my ticket, so called office, no problem, just showed passport to driver who was waiting at bus stop, and on return, keys handed over at gate.

"The service I received from booking my car in with you online until picking my car up was very good. I only have one concern and that is when I arrived back at Heathrow, the instructions to meet the transport back to your location was not very clear. It said on the ticket to go to bus stop 5. When you come out of the terminal you can see bus stops 1 - 4, but there is no sign showing where bus stop 5 is. If you could put on the ticket " Turn right out of the terminal to bus stop 5 " it might make it a little easier to find the bus stop as it is round the side of the terminal.
"Lots more than just a strip of land with a portakabin. Your car is photographed for evidence, kept on-site if less than 4 weeks, and the courtesy bus and facilities are excellent. Unless there's a traffic jam on the A4 you'll be at the airport in no time.

"I have used Q park in the past prior to Purple Parking taking over. Which is why I had no reservations about booking again.
All went well until our return.
I phoned as requested when we collected our luggage. Then proceeded to the bus stop.
We were at least 30 minutes at the stop on a very cold morning. In total from our call this would have been 40 min. I called to complain, but the response was that a bus would be there soon. As it takes only 10 min to travel from the car park i find this totally unacceptable and will never use this service again.
It was the longest of our whole journey from America, and so unecessary."
