There was a smart mini-bus waiting for me when I arrived and another pulled up just as we were leaving3 mins later. On the way to collect my luggage, I called to say I'd arrived and was greeted within 5 mins of exiting the airport and taken back in another smart mini-van with a trailer for luggage. "It's a bit further away from the airport than advertised, about 10-15mins away, but there are buses running all the time so that wasn't an issue. I left my phone in the car and they were more than willing to collect it from my car and drop it to me at the airport. Very proffessional, efficient and secure service. "Booked Quality Airport Parking for a quick weekend away in Paris. We booked online and arrived at the premises around 8.00am for our flight. There was one car waiting ahead of us, we waited a few minutes inside our car and then drove up to the kiosk, where we were greeted with a smile and were asked for our reservation number. We were then given our paper work with a plastic wallet and told to park our car in the rear car park and hand place our key into the plastic wallet and hand it to our drop off driver. The shuttle bus takes people to the airport terminal strictly as per first come first in the queue basis. So if the person at the front of the queue is for terminal 5 then any passengers waiting for terminal 5 will be taken first. However there are other shuttles which arrive within 10 to 15 minutes apart from each other, and the next person and their terminal destination are taken in turn. We waited for around 20 minutes and the ride to the terminal was another 15 minutes. All in all anything from 20 to a maximum 40 minutes from driving in booking your car in and then being taken to your terminal is absolutely spot on.
When we arrived back for around 08.00am, we phoned the number on the paperwork from the baggage area and was put on auto hold/queue (nice waiting music) for around 5 minutes. Got through to a friendly voice who said the next available shuttle would be sent for us, they also double checked that we knew exactly where to meet the shuttle. When we got outside and to the location advised, the shuttle was sitting there waiting for us.
The driver was friendly and we shared a joke or two as we drove back to the car park. We asked the driver if there was somewhere local where we could have breakfast, and he suggested either Mcdonalds or the Premier Travel Inn restaurant next door to the car park. We left our luggage in our car which was waiting for us in the front car park, and we took the drivers advise and had breakfast at the Premier Travel Inn, the cost of the "All you can eat" hot breakfast with plenty of choice was £7.95 for adults and kids ate free of charge (Definitely worth it!) I highly recommend Quality Airport Parking and I will definitely use them again."

"Well, I never made it to the car park because I could not find it! So I am actually quite annoyed. I put the postcode into my Tom Tom and it took me round and round in circles. In the end I had to park in the Long Stay Car Park because I did not want to miss my flight. Directions to LHR site need improving by adding links on your website to google maps or similar.
On return, I phoned 3 times before getting through, as did another passenger on my return flight. No answerphone facility when busy - system just disconnects you after 30 secs ringing. Really annoying - needs a better call waiting/handling system setting up.
A printable plan of where the LHR bus stops for pickup are on your website would also help returning customers - bus stop 22 at T3 is difficult to find on exit from arrivals as it's on a median halfway across a busy multi-lane road network passing by T3."

Convenient easy drop off and car pick up arrangements .
Courtesy bus did take a long time to pick me up from terminal. One person (who had waited less time than me) was quite inconsiderate and rude ( i felt) to the driver - and actually delayed departure further!! - but the driver was very polite and handled the situation very professionally .
i find your site very helpful for making these arrangments and information well presented .
