"Reliability very poor. Driver turned up to pick up my car 20 mins after scheduled drop off time! I nearly missed my flight. There was no real apology. On return there was only a short wait before my car was returned. I really wouldn't want to use this company again and would not recommend it."

"Excellent Service! We had an early start so to get straight to the front of the airport and have someone waiting for us was a real benefit. Equally good on the way back. I phoned the number provided when we had cleared baggage claim and waited for no more than 5 minutes outside before being back on the road away from the airport. I would definatly recommend."

"The only issue I had was the guy collecting my car had the details of my previous vehicle and not my current, therefore my question was how did you get my registration and vehicle details? Apart from that everything was good."

"Hi,
service was first class. Even though upon returning I rang the wrong number, my car was brought to the terminal quickly. Perhaps it would be useful if the person taking your car advises you to cross out the booking telephone number on your original paperwork, and to only use the telephone number given on his paperwork. It would save idiots like me calling the booking number when I should be calling the "I've arrived back" number."

"I often travel alone with an infant and using meet and greet service has the whole airport transfer issue to a pleasant experience instead of a hassle. I like your site because there is a big difference in price but the service is much the same!"

"As a traveller on a leisure trip I was satisfied with the service. Pick-up on departure was 6 minutes late. (Had to make an additional trip around the inner ring road as the police tow-away crew was active) On return I had to wait 40 minutes because of heavy road traffic at Heathrow. However I was warned immediately upon reporting my arrival and thus was able to wait in the terminal where I was called by the driver on my mobile.
Had used this service on business trips in the past and had never experienced real disappointments. I will definitely recommend the service."

"Very efficient service from the beginning of the booking to the final delivery of the car on arrival back at T1. Drivers are friendly and the service is quick and reliable. (Speed of access to T1 at Heathrow is affected by volume of traffic, so don't blame the company) Very good value for money and will definitely be using again on all my trips from Heathrow. Recommended A1+++"

"Very good. Slight problem when we arrived to check-in. Was not sure where to go and although your man was there he was not evident and we drove into the other valet parking area that we subsequently had to reverse out of with a few minor difficulties. May I suggest that your man has a sign to identify himself or with our car reg on.
The collection service was great with the car waiting outside for us"

"Our departure was dreadful. Arrived at airport 8.50am. Parking booked for 9am for 11am flight. No sign of anyone. Rang them. Couldn't get through. Tried head office number - closed until 9am. Waited. Still couldn't get through to number. Tried head office again. Got through, she took my number and said she would sort it out for me and let me know. No call. 9.15, finally get through to proper number, was told someone would be with us in 15 mins! Children and I go to join queue to check in. During this time we also have to drive round the block twice to ease congestion at drop off spot. At check in we're called to front of queue, but have to wait for husband. We paid the extra for meet and greet to take the stress out of flying. This was the most stressful time I've ever had at the airport. We were asked a couple of times if we'd rung to warn them of our arrival at the airport. There was no mention of needing to do this on the confirmation I printed out and took with us. It just said to let them know if we were going to be early, or late. Not that I'd have been able to get through anyway. Coming home was fine."

"Fine service. Very quick to return car to me at terminal 4 which has often been quite a wait. Only down side is that it doesn't look as professional a set up as purple parking, just becuase of the lack of fancy buses, uniforms and bright forms to sign. Hope this helps."

"The drop off was fine and went without hitch. The return was appalling. There is not enough room here to recount the full story but basically Park and Go and their parking provider between them lost my car. It took them three quarters of an hour to get it back to me at the airport. I would have been better off collecting the car from a car park myself."

"Excellent service - friendly man, as advertsied, turned up just as we had unpacked our luggage in the drop-off lane (Terminal 3. Thoroughly checked car and took it away. Upon return another, friendly, man turned up with the car within 5 minutes of phoning to say we were through baggage collection. Couldn't be better - super value"
