Although we were early, we were met at Heathrow as we arrived. Staff were courteous and friendly.
Upon our return the car was already there waiting for us again (eventhough we had landed early !!).
I thoroughly recommend and will definitely use this company again."

unfirtunateky return was a bit difficult. fkight was cancelled merged with a different UA flight. you were apparently unable to check the flight.
i had to call and ask for the car.
it arrived in about 35minutes. not birlliant.
if you could have rung my mobile ( you had the number) and asked me to call when i landed, this would have been good.
as it was, you had apparently been "trying to call", which is a line i always find spurious at best. did the phone become to heavy to lift? eg?
anyway - i WILL use you again; everyone was polite firendly and helpful. so perhaps you could just sharpen up the communications system a little on the return end, and all will be well.

"I choose "Park and Go" at Heathrow Terminal 1 from Airport Parking Shop. The service they provided was excellent, they collected and returned my car quickly and efficiently, everything they promised to do. I will definitely use them again.

"The drop off was great - as planned and as expected.
The return pick up was not good - the driver didn't arrive with car until approx 40 minutes after my first call, not ideal when you arrive back into Heathrow at 5:30am and just want to get home (which is 25 mins away)."
"I was stuck in traffic on the way to the airport and received a very shirty call from the controller telling me off for not calling them (rather difficult when I was driving!!). The chap that actually was there waiting was very friendly however.
On my way back I was told to call the company when I had collected my luggage and cleared customs which I did. I was therefore amazed to be told that the car would then take "at least 20 minutes" to be delivered as they were kept a few miles away. The car arrived 20 minutes later but to the departures entrance (as opposed to the arrivals exit that it stated on their instructions) so I had to wait another 5 minutes for the car to arrive. The driver was the same (very friendly) person as collected it.
Overall the driver was good, but the service from the company was very poor - I could have parked it in the main car park for a lot less money and having to wait twenty minutes on my return was simply ridiculous and makes a complete mockery of the "meet and greet" service."

"I found the service to be excellent. We were running a few minutes late and Star Parking phoned us to check our location. We met them exactly where they said. On return they were very prompt and courteous.

"Very disappointed. The lady arrived 12 minutes late to collect the car, 17 mins after we arrived at the airport. There was no apology and she then implied it was our fault for not ringing, but it distinctly said to only ring if there was any deviation from the agreed time.
When we came back to the UK we had to wait just under 10 mins for the car to arrive which wasn't too bad."

"They were fine on the way out, and moved the pick up time to accommodate our delayed arrival at the airport. However on return our flight was cancelled but we managed to transfer onto another flight arriving at the same time so did not need to change the time they brought the car to meet us. However they presumed because we had not called that we would not be turning up and we had a 2 hour wait at Heathrow for the car. I found the contact more interested in arguing who was in the right than helping us get our 3 month old baby home. I would not use the service again."January 21, 2008
