"The pick up and delivery of the car was delayed BUT, taking into consideration the convenience of waiting inside the airport and MOST important, the politeness of the staff that pick up the car and delivered the car, we were VERY satisfied with the service and will for sure use them again in the future.

"Reasonably good communication as they answered the phone whenever I rang. All nescessary information was emailed promptly after the booking.
Collection and delivery from and to terminal were convenient and good. Staff were polite.
Unfortunately although a free car wash was offered, when the car was returned to me it was evident it had not been washed."
"Edward Lloyd's valet service certainly made my life easier, especially as I was short of time either end. Park up straight outside the terminal and they do the rest. They were a little delayed either end but only by 10 minutes or so. All in all, well worth it and I shall use again."January 4, 2010
"First time we used this type of service so was initially nervous about handing keys over but the service was excellent. They contacted me at the specified times and were professional when handing over the keys. On arrival they contacted me shortly after we landed and had no problems getting the car back.
Will be using this service again in the future."

"Excellent service in meeting us at departure and again on arrival back in UK - despite a much delayed flight. Very pleasant and obliging staff both on the telephone and in person and the hand-overs of the car.
I was however puzzled by the fact that my car had been driven over 30 miles while I was away. Surely the company's car park cannot be that far from the airport?"

"Relatively smooth operation overall. Was a little concerned when driver was slightly late (5 mins) on pickup (mainly as I wasn't sure i was in the right place), and again on drop off having received a text that he was waiting with the car, and when we got to the drop off point - no car for c.5 minutes - again uncertainty as to correct location. however beat waiting for buses etc."May 11, 2009

All the administration and both the "drop off" and "pick up" were handled very professionally - please pass my thanks on to NAURUZ who brought my car to the airport. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the driver who had picked it up although he was also excellent."
