"Having had mixed experiences with Meet 'n Greet services in the past was pleasantly surprised by the very helpful and friendly attitude of all Drive Fly staff I had contact with -- from when calling to enquire about non-receipt of parking voucher e-mail to multiple calls with the driver meeting me on outbound leg of trip when I was delayed due to problems on the M25.

Would definitely use again"

"This arrangement worked brilliantly for us. Not only was it very competitive in price, I found the company really helpful when BA changed our flight schedule and then when I also realised I had made a mistake on our return date.
They were then on arrival, super easy and we had no problems on our return despite landing 3 hours late.
can't fault it, will recomend and use again.

"Excellent service.Staff member there to greet us when we parked at departures and turned up exactly when promised when we arrived back at the terminal. Very friendly and efficient service.

Felt sorry for the guy who had used purple parkintg - they had lost his car for a second time - Suggested he used Flydrive next time!"

"This first experience of 'meet and greet' was excellent. We arrived earlier than planned and telephoned ahead to say so and we were met within ten
minutes of arriving at the car park. The return worked well with our car meeting us within ten minutes of phoning. The staff involved were both efficient and helpful. I will certainly use the service in the future and recommend it to friends.

"We used your meet & Greet service for the first time and found it good, the only down fall is your at Heathrow and you have got to wait for your car its traffic in London and on saturday it was the rugby at Twickenham so that was the hold up

"Very good service - a rep collected my car from departures drop off bay in T4 then the car was waiting for me in the same location upon my return. The drivers were friendly and the car had only done a few miles in between the two dates."

"The instructions upon arriving were not clear enough and we had to phone for correct directions as we went to the wrong place. It would be helpful if the instructions were printed with the booking voucher so we could understand in advance.

We also had to wait on the return for 25 mins for the car to be delivered back to us."

"Our experience was very good until we arrived back at the 'meet and greet' area to pick up my car and it wasn't there. I had phoned the office immediately upon arrival as requested and was reassured that my car was there waiting already. Almost 3/4s of an hour later it turned up.
Having taken down the mileage on their form, there was no indication of it given on our return so I would need to take it myself as well for it to have any meaning. Apologies were weak and perfunctory only."

"Excellent service at a very good price. We actually realised we would be an hour early so we called ahead and were met and greeted.
On return only had to wait 10 minutes from calling after clearing customs before car arrived.
So much better than taking courtesy bus to wherever and humping bags each time.
We will definitely use this next time we fly from Heathrow and recommend to all our friends."

"The ability to drive to the departure terminal is great. No problems, only perhaps that the drivers be a bit more certain of their jobs i.e. sociable and talkative and able to explain more accurately the procedures they are carrying out in relation to the car. That is to say mileage, state of the car etc."

"They called half an hour before my arrival time.I said i would be slightly early. The driver was waiting for me and was very polite.
My flight was delayed which meant the arrival time would be after midnight. I was charged the extra cost of £25, I called to inform them so paid by card other wise you pay the drive in cash. On my return again the drive was waiting for me.
I would use this company again"

"We were happy with this service, but even though we phoned to say we would be early to drop off the car, as advised by the printout, the driver did not come to collect the car until nearly the original time, 20 mins later, quoting that he was not keeping us waiting because we were early. On our return the driver was more punctual and we were very happy with that end. I would use the service again."

"Value for money excellent downside was got to Heathrow 40 minutes earlier than booked time and although I rang on route to let them know new arrival time still did not arrive until original time which left us on the drop off terminal hoping we wouldnt get moved on for 40 minutes Made 3 further calls to find out expected pick up but was told driver is in traffic! Heathrow is difficult to arrange the drop off time as traffic varies so much We were lucky that we were able to stay whilst waiting On return had to wait about 25 minutes for car to return ok as we went for a coffee Would use again was great to get in the car and just go"

"The welcome arrangement at Heathrow T5 is very good. The welcome area is easy to find, someone is waiting to look after your car and the welcome point is as near to the departures area you could find at the airport and always under cover. Car waitng on your return. All together a good experience"

"The drop and pick up services were excellent at the airport. However only one regret that I would to inform you that My Dartford Tag which I use to cross the Dartford Tunnel, was left on my dash board on the day of departure and when I picked the car on sunday 14th FEB 10, I noticed that it was missing. Please email me if it is found. I am reporting it to the Dart tag company and the gagdet will be useless to anyone.

"After leaving my new car with them for 3 days it was returned scratched and dented; no apology was made, there was no acceptance of liability on their part and after calling 4 times no one responded.
After nearly one week they have managed to send an ill written email denying liability which has left us with a £500+ bill for repairs,
Avoid this company at all costs!"

"Used them many times before, but this time, on quiet days, we had to wait 10 mins for the driver at the Drop and again at the return.
