"The service was excellent. The Edward Lloyd Meet And Greet Car Parking telephoned me about 90 minutes before my ETA at Heathrow and then twice more for updates as I got closer. The driver was waiting in the designated lane. He helped with our luggage and the handover took about one minute. Oour return flight was early but the same driver monitored the flight information and telephoned me just as we collected our luggage to let me know that he would be outside in about 10 minutes. He was very polite and helpful throughout. This was absolutely first-class service and I will definitely be using it again."

Apparently the wrong date had been entered by a clerk in the office.

"Our experience with Park and Go was very good. The service was extremely efficient and timely and all went very smoothly.

We were advised where to drop the car off (location being extremely close to departures) and were met promptly. The car was in good condition when we returned (just a little dirty) and again we were met on time. We were very impressed. Thanks."

Unimpressed by the lack of information provided about where to go to drop off or pick up the car. It would be a good idea to add a map and directions to the email confirmation, particularly at T5."

"Drive Fly made our arrival and departure from the airport extremely smooth, the valet was waiting for us at both ends of the trip and helped with the luggage. I would definitely use this company again.

My only criticism is that I received an (albeit extremely apologetic) phone call at 10.30pm on the night before our 3am wake-up call for the outward journey, requesting clarification on which terminal we were departing from. I was positive this information had already been given, but in any event this could've been addressed much earlier."

"Service was quite good. The driver wasn't there to meet me at the airport and, after 10 mins, I got moved on by security so had to drive around the block before meeting the Park and Go representative. Very polite and helpful person and speedy handover. On return, I rang as soon as I landed but had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for the driver. Again very polite and a quick handover. Overall, I could have used the Terminal parking as I didn't save any time but it cut the hassle out of walking with luggage."

"This is a really easy way of parking your car at the airport. On leaving the UK the person picking up the car was ready and waiting. It just took a few minutes to unload the car and that was all we had to do apart from handing over the keys.
On our return the car was delivered to the airport very quickly. The only problem we encountered was finding our way to the pick up area. After a journey of over 16 hour we were all very tired, the airport was busy and the signs were poor. In the end I had to go to the information desk to find the correct way out. As a consequence the person returning the car had to drive around the airport until we found the right pick up point. This could be made clearer by the company - perhaps a small map depicting the exit and pick up point. All in all very good service at a competitive price. Would use again."

"Dear Mr McLoughlin,

I am sorry to report that the Meet and Greet which could have been a very pleasant and cost-beneficial experience was not. I was met in a timely fashion. Your greeter approached my car but was seemingly unaware of the name of the driver since it had been booked by my fiancee. Consequently, I appear to beusing my new pseudonym of Mr Leong. He also needed to check on the return flight number which I then had to double check. All of this information was entered at the time of booking. However, I noted that the information emailed to me in the booking confirmations were also deficient.

I was told that the company would monitor my flight and its arrival time and that I would be met at the arrivals hall. by a greeter. I was not. Exit "Greet". Consequently, I phoned your company as per the email. They usual company apology was issued ".... I'm sorry, sir, you were misinformed etc. etc". Not of any benefit to me, I'm afraid. I hadn't noted exactly how to return to the drop-off point since I was expecting to be met, but despite taking a wrong turn or too combined with following a few signs for valet parking I arrived well before my car..... my point? Simply by the time that I have recovered my baggage, you have insufficient time to meet me in a timely fashion. Exit "Meet". The excuse... that you did not want to put up additional milage on my car by driving around waiting for me to arrive, and why? Because you you have not negotiated a waiting zone of even limited time for fear of the traffic warden.

Incidentally, you have all my details and I should not need to to print your confirmation. You should contact me (as you did very well prior to the outbound flight) allowing me to log the number on my phone which would be on the receipt in any case.

Needless to say, the service described would have very much met my needs and would have been used again. That received, stated politely, was suboptimal, and typifies services offered by British companies in general. Your 'service' is entirely conducted at your convenience and not to facilitate my requirements. Service is poor and unprofessional. The remedy to dissatisfaction is that that's the way it is and you've already taken my money in advance. Therefore, I neither require nor accept apologies from such companies as the frequency and insincerity of use of the word renders it usage entirely meaningless. I would prefer a consumer orientated service which is what was paid for and expected.

As previously stated to your employees/representatives, I will not avail of your services again.
