"All went smoothly with collection of the car on my outbound journey, however I was disappointed with the length of time it took to get the car back to me on my return. I rang as soon as I had got through customs and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. After 30 minutes I rang again and after nearly an hour my car turned up. The driver told me he hadn't been given the job until about the time of my second call. Not really satisfactory."

"I was originally met with a representative at Heathrow and everything was fine, on my return to the airport after my holiday I was told to telephone as soon as I landed, which I did, to be told that they had in fact lost my keys to my vehicle but that they had got me a replacement key, which they hoped would fit! I have still not heard from them as to whether they have found my keys so I am not very happy, so I will have to make another call to them in the hope that I will have it returned to me."

"OUTBOUND...although we called to advise we would be half an hour early at LHR departures ( and were told 'no problem, driver will be despatched') we were not met until 15 mins after the original scheduled time !!!!
Having said that the driver who took our car was courteous, efficient, and corrected paperwork as we were returning to a different terminal to departure.
INBOUND..... very efficient, no problems or delay's."

"Excellent service. Were at the terminal when we arrived and had no waiting time. On return we phoned the number given and the car was returned as quickly as possible (M25 was closed due to an accident that day so it took a little longer than normal). Staff were very helpful, polite and the drive home is always better straight from the terminal.
Would recommend it to anyone."

"Easy to book, helpful staff when contacted.
No problem when flight back was transferred from terminal 5 to terminal 4.
Staff there to pick car up at allotted time and there when picked up on return.
All in all excellent service at a very competetive cost.
Would recommend this service to anyone"

On the way back there was a 90 minute wait for the car to arrive. I was told that there was a compensation scheme and that I would be rung but nobody has contacted me."

"This was a tale of two trips. The service on the outward trip was unsatisfactory. Although I booked to be met at 14.30, the driver turned up at 14.55 and my flight went at 16.00. I was not telephoned to tell me what the delay was about and I had to phone the company. I began to worry that I would miss the flight. Alternatively, when I arrived back at Heathrow and telephoned the company, this led to the car being at the pick-up point when we got there. The whole point of paying a premium over a bus-limnked car park is to be met at the time agreed."

"Spent nearly 2 hours trying to contact operator but permanently engaged, so no-one turned up to take car. Had to use long stay car park at T4 and paid £220 as last minute. When contacted on return was told that the company say they collected car, just a bit late !! As it was April 1st I was convinced it was just a big April Fool.
Waiting to hear outcome of claim."

"unforunately this was not the service we expected after upgrading to the chauffer service we where informed that we had to park our car at the car park in Stockwell then wait for a bus service to the airport. As someone who is disabled this was inforateing as I was promoised someone would be at the Airport to collect th ecar and only at the last minute where informed that this service did not operate after Midnight.

On our return we where given th ewrong directions as to where to wait to pick up out car
Therefore it is unlikely that I will use this service again I would aloso like a part refund as I was not given th eservise requested and promised This can be verifyed by my telephone conversations that you record and the parking company"

"We used budget meet and greet for a quick trip to italy and found them absolutely excellent. They turned up to the minute on time, were polite and friendly. it turned what could have been a tiring trip into a really enjoyable long weekend. we intend to use them again, definitely, and would recommend others to do the same.
incidentally we have used several other companies but they do not compare."
