"Our experience of using Heathrow Budget Meet & Greet was excellent- the service was first rate. The driver met us as scheduled at the terminal on departure and arrival as arranged and we thought it was very good value for money. We would certainly use this service again.

Although we arrived at Heathrow half an hour before we anticipated, a telephone call en route ensured that there was someone to receive the car on arrival. On return, the car was delivered to the car park as we left the terminal building. A very professional service: we look forward to using it again"

"First time that I have used Meet and Greet at Heathrow and must admit I had reservations regarding the distance my car would be taken to be stored while I was away but this was unfounded as the return distance was % miles which is totally satisfactory. The service was excellent even when I asked for the car to be picked up from the airport an hour earlier than originally requested as we had made good time in our drive due to lack of traffic. This was not a problem and I think we only waited 10 minutes until the driver arrived.
Pick up went very well so all in all a great experience and would recommend them.
I have booked another meet and greet for 3 weeks time but as this is at 04:00 Purple Parking could not do it so we can compare when we travel again in mid June."

"Leaving the car was quite straightforward but when we phoned to say that we had landed (on time), we were told that the car would take " a good half hour" to reach us. It was actually 35 mins (late at night when there was virtually no traffic). The driver, who was friendly and polite, said that he'd driven 8 miles. I would have thought that they could check on line whether the flight was on time and have the car on its way or have the car nearer to the airport on the day it was due to be collected. How long would it have taken in the rush hour or during the day?"

"The budget price was good however the booking company forgot to tell the service provider Purple Parking that I was supposed to be met at the airport so they had not despatched a driver. Thankfully Purple were very good and had someone with me in 20mins but rather defeated the object since I then had to rush to departures. Always check and double check if you dont book directly with the parking company."

"Other than finding the correct bit of the Heathrow T5 car park (it is easy to go through the wrong barrier and there is then "no way back"!)everything else was very efficient, and the quickest return with the car waiting for us."

"I arrived about 1 hour late due to traffic problems but the people on duty in the terminal were redasy to take the car and were as pleasant as always.
Its an excellent service, the more so when you get of an 11 hour flight and walk outside to find your car waiting for you."

"We parked at Heathrow Airport and used the meet and greet service and was waiting for us on arriving that the time we arrived to depart for our holiday. The service was excelllent and they was even excellent as even our plane was delayed we called them and they arrived and waited for us at the departure where their representative said would be"

"Car was picked up efficiently but on return we had to wait 25 minuties for our car. They now are run by Purple Parking and this was a problem we had using them direct so switched to Budget Meet and Greet. Now we shall have to find another company as Purple Parking are a shambles and always have excuses. I even had to wait for five minutes on my mobile ( listening to Frank Senatra )whilst their system put me through to an operator."

"Excellent service with no issues and would use again. The chauffeur met us at terminal 3 as instructed even though we arrived 15 mins before original booking time. On our return I phoned them as soon as I was able to (before immigration and baggage claim) and they said the car would be there in 20 to 25 mins and it was. So no waiting on our part."

"This is a Purple Parking option - all staff courteous.
Driver was waiting when I arrived within 2 minutes of the arrival time I gave them when calling 30 minutes prior to arrival (which was 20 minutes before by "booked" time as I was running early).
On return car arrived 2 minutes after I got to the car park despite my flight arriving 20 minutes early and my case being the first off the carrousel!
Wise to note that I was travelling from Terminal 5 in off peak periods."
