I cannot give more than three because the minibuses had got no windows, no air conditioning and any means of ventilation. The bus journeys were really unpleasant particularly on hot summer days. On the plus side the NCP site was easy to reach. June 22, 2017
The whole process was impressively successful. The Terminal 2 pickup arrived within 5 minutes, a smooth transition. I would happily use APH again. June 12, 2017
THE PARKING PROCESS ITSELF WAS OK. THERES BUSES FROM SITE TO AIRPORT AND GETS TO AIRPORT IN APPROXIMATELY 10-15 MINUTES. UPON RETURN MY CAR WAS PARKED JUST BY THE ENTRANCE SO DID NOT HAVE TO COLLECT CAR FROM FAR. HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM COMPANY TO INFORM US OF BUS STOP CHANGE UPON ARRIVAL. CAUSED SO MUCH CONFUSION NOT JUST FOR ME BUT FOR OTHERS AS THE PRE-PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS OF WHAT TO DO UPON ARRIVAL HAD CHANGED. POOR SERVICE ON THIS PART March 27, 2017
