"We have used this service before at other airports and been really impressed; this however was very poor in comparison. The Glasgow Airport holiday Inn Car Park is wholly inappropriate for this service - poorly lit, little space, hugely over-cramped and verging on the dangerous. The FHR staff (courteous and helpful as they always are) had not been told of our imminent arrival, rung in as requested or of a vehicle change rung in 2 days before; therefore they were not there looking for us as we passed through the car park, unable to stop due to volume of traffic and lack of space. After several extra circuits of the airport road system we did manage to drop the car, but as mentioned above, the car park just is not a sensible place to do this. Our return was less stressful (probably due to it being in the small hours) but access to the vehicle was again massively hampered by lack of space and very poor lighting."

"1st class service,meet and greet is the only way to do your airport parking more so if you have a family,staff at the meet and greet area are great,this service is what i will be using all the time its a 100% from me "

"The system work well. The car was collected by the Company with in a short walk of the terminal and was available to collect in the same place when we returned from our journey."
