"Gatwick Official Valet ! AVOID
Left my car with them for 2 weeks to return and find it had been smashed in some accident! It only had to go 300M! Front bumper,wheel,tyre, front and rear wing, both side doors, side sill all damaged. To make it worse the after service from them was terrible - on proactive communications or responses. Now 3 weeks later and my car is still at Gatwick undrivable and nothing in place to rectify. Suffice to say I trusted Official but my Porsche now has tens of thousands of damage. It's up to you !!!"

"This is the first time I have tried the official valet parking. Since it was more expensive than other options, I was expecting a lot and fortunately I wasn't disappointed. On your way out, you drive in to the short stay car park and up to the same level as the departures terminal, which is very convenient. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to collect our keys, but then we could walk straight across the concourse to the terminal. On your return your car is ready and waiting for you parked on the ground floor of the short stay car park across the road from the arrivals terminal. More expensive, but worth it if you want a quick turnaround. "
