"when i arrived at the airport i found i did not have the phone number to ring for the meet and greet service,i went to the airport customer services where they looked on web site for an emergency number,they could not find an emergency number to ring on a saturday not good"

"I used Gatwick Skypark Meet and Greet service when we went Skiing in March 2006. I booked it 12 hours before arriving and the Web booking transaction went smoothly. On arrival, no one answered the land line and I had to call the mobile number given to inform them of my arrival. The person who greeted me was friendly and was on time. The day before we got back our room was burgled and we lost a lot of our personal belonging including our phones and documentation relating to the Skypark. In summary we returned to Gatwick and had no number to call or any reference numbers. So I used the internet at Gatwick and logged onto my e-mail and found out that I had booked through Skypark. Happily I visited the Skypark web site to find the Customer Service number, which when I called informed me that it was not open on a Sunday. As one can imagine this was no help at all to me. Not even the information desk at Gatwick was able to help. So if you are going to book with Skypark, yes they are the cheapest but don’t loose the mobile number they give, as this may be a 2 or 3 man operation. Skypark, if you are reading this comment, please update your website to assist stranded travellers by proving up-to-date telephone numbers which will be answered 24/7 by a person."
