"The service was very convenient although our ticket wouldn't open the barrier to exit even though it didn't have the word "cashier" on it but the desk gave us a new ticket to exit. I have checked your prices recently for a possible new booking in September but the price didn't seem to be as competitive as the last few times I have used your service."

"Service was good --- The only problem is the space provided between the cars -- It is so tight that damage to your own car plus the cars beside your car could be damaged when opening and trying to get back into the car !!"

"Booking was straightforward as usual.

I had to wait well over 10 minutes for a coach to G car park, on the return and this was promised.

Finally the car was not recognised on the way in, so I had to stop and go to customer services, further delaying the process. I have used your car park a few times before, but after this experience will have to rethink next time."

"Very convenient but one concern was that when booking on line there was no reference to long term parking option for north terminal which was the one we wanted.

You could state that the car park is fully booked or not available.

Another follow on is that no where does it state that you have to take all bags off bus and through busy south terminal to get on mono rail to north terminal. A bit more liason with buses and passangers would improve courtesy.

"We didn't actually use parking in the end as our holiday to Kenya got cancelled. And although I phoned to cancel parking in February, it wasn't until my Barclaycard bill for March arrived and I realised I still had not been refunded and had to phone a 2nd time - but having said that I found the process of booking very easy, and the people on the phones very polite and helpful."

"Not very happy at all. I arrived back at Gatwick to be told that I hadn't been booked for the days my receipt had on it. I was charged an extra day! I will be calling to complain and request that day back.

I use Gatwick alot but doubt I will be using your car park service again. This is the second occasion I have been charged when I've pre booked and allocated the correct dates."

"Timely, easy and no problems to report. But you must make clear how we use our code number to enter and depart the car park when we have prepaid. This is not made sufficiently clear, particularly as we were issued with a ticket as we entered the car park. Of our entire group, no one was sure whether we needed to collect another ticket, depart through a special lane or what would happen when we tried to exit. This uncertianty would be unecessary if it was made clear at the time of booking, what we would expect as we arrived and left."

"I would reccomend using these parking facillities,it was quick,clean,efficient with friendly and helpful staff - Even at 4.00am!
Just ensure you input the correct exit times as if (Like me.)you input the incorrect times you will incurr an extra charge."

"Overall a good experience. No trouble finding the car park, waited less than a minute for a bus and we were very close to the airport.
Our only problem was that I 'forgot' to make a note of where the car was parked and subsequently when we returned (at night and in the dark) we had some trouble finding it!! Not a fault of the car park though. No trouble other than that."

"Excellent experience. We arrived and were directed to the current area. The ticket is brilliant as it has space to put the location of the car space on it to help you find the car on return. The courtesy bus was there promptly at both ends of the journey. We were able to be on the road within an hour of landing, and that included the baggage collection."

"The instructions for getting in and out of the Car Park were slightly inaccurate.They stated that on exit the voucher provided as part of the confirmation email was to be handed in at the cash desk when in fact all I had to do was put the entry ticket into the machine.This aside the service,price and convenience for the South Terminal are excellent."

Spot on instructions , speedy transit to terminal...
waited 10 minutes upon return for bus, card to exit car park so no hassle.....

"THis is the second time we have used this car park, and have never had any trouble. This year we left our car for three weeks, and when we got back we had a flat battery, the bus driver phoned in for us, and within two minutes a break down man arived and duly got us going again. We will use this car park again without any qualms."
