"Excellent! Number plate was photo-recognised when you drive in so at the end you just drive back out! no need to speak to anyone or pay or anything. Bus right from the parking to the terminal door was right there every 10 mins, no more lugging your luggage from the car to the terminal. Would definately do it that way again."

parking for arrival procedure took too long visiting every section.
On leaving had to see cashier, shouldn't be necessary in this age of no. plate recognition.
Doesn't compare favourably with other car parks Ive been to."

"First time flying from Gatwick and had to travel down from Manchester night before as it was an early flight. No problems entering carpark with the number recognition and shuttle bus came along after a few minutes. When leaving,the machine at the barrier didn't recognise the ticket but reception,which is next to the barrier soon sorted it out.
Would use again if the need arose."

"The process for booking on line was good, we arrived at the car park a little earlier than anticipated, however the number plate recognition camera did its work. On return, the bus soon delivered us back to our parking area and despite being a liitle delayed, by the French national strike, we existed without extra charge. The only negative was the lack of obvious sinage for the M23, not the car parks fault."

"System worked well. Bought on-line, printed off directions, drove up to barrier, system recognised number plate, gave me a ticket and barrier opened, directed to parking zone, bus turned up as expected.... bus turned up as expected, car still where I left it and in one piece, inserted ticket and barrier opened, drove home. What more would I want?"

"I usually use Meet & Greet services, and have not used on site parking fo some time. I was very pleased with the service, punctuallity, timeliness and ease of use. Having pre-paid made it much simpler. The only down side is that fact that from that car park, you have to go around through passenger drop off to leave the airport, which should not be necessary, and adds (in my case) 15 mins to the journey, somthing you could do without when you want to get home. Having said that, its a better experience than being further out from the airport and having to find your way around all the back streets."

"Excellent - we drove straight into Zone A, bus stop 2, and were into the South terminal in 10 minutes.
On return we walked straight into a bus. Number plates are read by an OCR package, so quick exit."

"We found your voucher email most confusing. It is disconcerting entering the car park & just taking a ticket, as one now has an expensive parking liability if anything goes wrong. We rang to check on 0871 2220222 as per your email, which is discontinued & gave us 0844 335100 to ring. This no. had never heard of Park & Go, and after 10 mins on the phone asked us to ring 01293 602308. They did not know you either. We had spent 4 days away worrying about it. We could not find our booking ref on the ticket, only the 1st part 561972, and nor the word CASHIER. So we did not know what to do. Finally, we timidly went to the office as our credit card had snapped while away & could not pay. Luckily, they sorted it out, and let us out. What a performance!"
