"Car park spaces are far too small, particularly if you have a larger car or 4x4 etc', my doors usually get a bash, as generally people cannot find the centre of the tiny space. The buses are pretty frequent, but the drivers pay no attention to the people standing in the way without putting their luggage on the racks and restricting others from getting on, they totally disregard this part of the service."

"I used the car park for just over 24 hours while I travelled to Dublin on business. On arrival it was clearly signposted where vacant spaces existed and I had to wait around 5 to 10 mins for a coach. On return the wait was similar and the transfer quick. Of specific note was my car failed to start and I had to call the RAC. They had absolutely no problems being given access to the car park so I had the car repaired and was on my way with the minimum delay. What could have been a miserable time proved to be quite painless. Given the close proximity to the terminal (South) and the overall service, it was as good a car park as I have used at Gatwick."

"I have used this car park on a number of ocassions and it is always my first choice when booking airport parking at Gatwick. There is never any problem with finding a space and you don't have to leave your keys with anyone else to park your car or have the bother of phoning when your flight lands for them to bring your car to a holding area. The bus service to and from the terminal is first class."

"Completely automated and incredibly simple. This was a parking dream (I so often have dreams about parking).

Just turn up, computer scans the Reg and you go in and park. Return and leave. That's it.

Only one downside and that was the huge crowds waiting to get on buses when I returned, but another bus did turn up and try and help out."

"No problems at all. Location close to the airport, bus service to and from was fine and quick. Prepayment worked smoothly with no delay as numberplate was automaticaly scanned at the entrance and exit. Would definately use this car park again."

"We have used Parking Express the last 2 times we have been at gatwick, once at the North and this time at the South. The choice was made primarily on cost but we have also discovered that it is the most efficient option. It is so easy to park your own car then get on the very frequent buses to and from the terminals a very short distance away. It has certainlt cut down on the time we need to allow between car park and terminal.There is no need to check into an office and no-one else drives your car!We shall definitely use this service again in the future as it is excellent."

"The booking procedure was easy and the car park was clearly signposted. On parking a bus was waiting for me! - a quick and easy transfer to the airport.
On returning at 2am again a coach was waiting at the appropriate bus stop and the driver checked which car park etc i wanted to go to.
Having pre-booked the ticket let me automatically leave the car park
The whole process was simple and easy and i would use the company again - thank you!"

"Overall I found this car parking service very good.
-It was conviently located getting to the terminal building very easily.
-easy to find
-didn't have to wait too long for a bus

a Couple of small points though
-I had pre-booked my car and on arrival I didn't find it clear whether I should take a ticket at the barrier or not i.e. wasn't sure if I was going to be made pay again.
-On the bus on the way back to the airport the driver shouted down the bus to see if anyone wanted to stop at particular points. I was at the back of the bus and felt I had to shout loudly to ask to stop. I don't like doing this in a bus full of people! Perhaps a little button to press or something would be good or just stop at ALL stops regardless so you don't feel 'on edge' in case you miss out on yours!"

"Parking was easy although the bus driver saw we were about to walk to him so he drove off.
On return it was not very clear for prepaid customers where to go to vailidate the ticket and when returning from a long haul flight and tired you need clear instructions. Also it was noticable that the drivers in USA say get off the bus they will give you your bags, here when we arieved at our stop the driver got out a newspaper to read!!!"

"Booking online was very easy etc. Car was fine when we returned. Obviously a worry. Buses etc great. The only problem really was the instructions. Clear instructions to the airport, getting the bus etc.great. The only confusion was when I read further down on the conditions etc, it stated that some parking companies required you leave the key which at the time I wasn't sure if this related to your company. So unsure when we arrived, we boarded the bus to the south terminal and at the airport, for some reason thought your customer services office was there. Obviously couldn't find it and left it at that.
Perhaps you could state that we do not have to leave our keys, when prebooking and just clearly state that the customer service office is at the exit of the car park and that our car park ticket can be verified on leaving especially when we arrive with heavy suitcases etc. This is obviously what we did as we automatically went to the nearest bus stop. But just for the peace of mind that this is what we are suppose to be doing and to keep our key. Should have asked the bus driver of course, but it was busy on the bus and i had 4 kids with me. Hope this is helpful and will probably use you again."

"Booking straightforward and on the day all worked well. Card issued on entry and no problem experienced on exit. Good service. Although not the cheapest on offer the car park is very close to the terminal building with a frequent bus service. Also did not have to leave car keys which gives added peace of mind."

"I booked online to use this car parking service. The price was very competitive, the booking procedure smooth, the experience on the day faultless. Somehow the system recognised my car, issued me with a ticket which I used three days later to exit. The transfer busses were frequent and efficient. This compared really well with alternative parking services I have used, airport hotels, and the train, both for cost and ease of use.

"Excellent! As we were travelling out of Gatwick on Good Friday we expected it to be busy and it was. There were very few parking spaces left but staff were on hand to direct us to those that were. Transfer to and from the terminal was good, with cheerful and helpful drivers. All this at what I would consider a reasonable price."

"It was very good. Only negative comment was that the process didn't work according to the website. My booking was not recognised at the entry barrier and i had to visit the cashier before leaving."

"Was very impressed, booked online saving money, we drove into the car park where vehicle recognition printed off our ticket. When we came back form our trip had no wait for the bus and left putting the ticket back in the machine, no waiting or fuss. Just what you need after a delayed flight. Definitely recommend it."

"I have to say that that I was very impressed. Close to the terminal with the gaurantee that the car is where your left it and not been parked else where. short transfer times and fully automated so that the arrival and departure process was effotless. Well done."
