"The service was excellent - once I had got over the fact that the chauffeur meeting me to collect my car was not in the burgundy uniform with a CPS logo in white. The chauffeur, who arrived quickly after my early arrival in the Gatwick area, explained that the company had just been taken over by someone called Boomerang. After checking all the paperwork he showed me I let him have the car. On my return to Gatwick the car was delivered back to me very swiftly"October 3, 2007

"There were problems contacting CPS by phone - particularly on departure (I used the emergency number in the end, which worked fine). Other than that, this was a great service - it was lovely to see our car arriving as we stepped out of departures, with no fuss and bother catching buses as on previous trips. "The sevice wqas great on the outward journey. We were met at 3.00 in the morning and the paper work was completed promtly.
On the return journey we had to wait about 45 mins outside the terminal to be collected. We could have got on a bus and travelled to a car park in this time.
We would use the service again but feel that delvioering the car on the return journey needs to be much quicker."

"The instructions we took off the internet site regarding where to drop the car off when we arrived at the airport were wrong. It gave directions to the car rental spot but when we rang up to enquire we were told that we had to go to another place. The person on the end of the phone was very rude and abrupt. When we returned the card we were given on arrival had so much SMALL print on it we failed to read that we had to ring to have the car dropped off out side the car rentals. Again the person at the end of the phone when we rang was very rude and abrupt. A response to this review would be much appreciated. All in all a very disappointing experience. "Instructions received on booking were out of date and no news ones were sent prior to travelling, so we went to the wrong place initially. Waited around 20 minutes for chauffeur to arrive to take car.
On return followed instructions exactly but waited outside 42 minutes for car to be returned. Told some staff had not turned up, but that's not my problem. Will not use this service at Gatwick again."

"Arrived at the airport, and it was great just to hand over the car, no hassle with carrying cases on and off a coach. On arrival prompt attendance at the airport, again great just to be able to load the car.

"Just a quick thank you to purple parking gatwick. When we arrived at the Drop off point for our departure flight the driver was there waiting to take our car to the car park. On our return from Jamaica we were delayed by 2 days because of a Hurrican Dean, but purple parking had our car back at the pick up point with in 10 minutes of our phone call. "First time we used the service and it was a doddle: drive there, unload luggage with help from very nice driver chappie, leave car with driver and walk straight into terminal to book in for flight. On the way back I phoned after clearing customs and although the arrival of the driver took twice as long as was I was told (volume of traffic....as always!) we just packed the car up and drove off back home.
