"3rd or 4th time I've used them and excellent as always. We were slightly early arriving at Gatwick outbound and slightly late coming back so had to wait a few minutes but compared with the bus and then finding the car then driving back to the airport it's no contest."

"Having used Meteor before on a very busy Xmas Eve and been v impressed with the efficient service we decided to use them again for Easter break.
We dropped the car off with no probs but unfortunately for us having checked in we were later told that our flight was cancelled and with 4 hour queues at the ticket desks we decided to go home. We collected our car and the rep assured us that we could certainly get some kind of part refund or credit note towards the next visit. However when we re booked a few days later when the airline finally managed to get us on a new flight we were informed that we would be charged the full weeks amount despite only having spent a few hours in the car park. We were then charged for another week as per the new booking. It just added to our general misery of having missed two days of our 7 day holiday.
I understand sometimes this kind of unavoidable situation arises and im sure it's all in the small print but it would have been courteous to receive a phone calling saying "sorry but this is how it is" or similar.
Anyway i shall be looking elsewhere next time and certainly asking what the outcome will be for charging against cancelled flights etc."

"Phoned as I came off the M23 and they said they would be at Gatwick North in 10 mins and they were. On return phoned as I left the baggage hall and again they said they would have the car outside in 10 mins and they did. Performed to spec. Excellent."

"Meteor were very efficient. An attendant was waiting for us on arrival, even though we arrived 45 mins earlier than booked. The meeting point was right outside departures. On return the car was delivered to the same spot within 3 mins. The attendants were very curteous & clear in their instructions. It made the whole journey which had unsocialable travel times a lot easier - would definitely use Meteor again."

"Used for first time Dec 2007 - first of many ! Wondeful service.
Called 10 mins before arrival at Gatwick and were met as arranged without delay. On return (6 weeks later) 24/01/2008 - phoned after Customs Clearance and car arrived at pick up point at the same time we did ! Marvellous and cost effective."

"The service is great - my arrival at the airport was a very smooth operator and the driver collecting my car was smartly dressed, polite and gave me confidence in handing over my car. On arrival back at the airport I telephoned to have the car brought around and it was punctual and again, a smooth hand-over. This is the third or fourth time I have used the service and will definately use it again and recommend it to others. Thanks"

"I would like to express my disappointment in the lack of a customer focused approach of a male member of staff at Meteor meet and greet services on phone number 08702 420134 between 0615hrs and 0645hrs on 21st December 2007. I called the aforementioned number as instructed, whereupon I was answered by an individual whom displayed a tone of voice which I interpreted to be of an unhelpful and ill natured manner when I announced details of my name,flight departure number and confirmation voucher details upon approaching Gatwick Airport. He insisted on telling me that there was no record of myself having booked any parking services with meteor and appeared to cancel our conversation. I called back the same number and after what appeared to be an eternity, he picked up the phone, again denied that there was any record of a booking made by myself and again terminated our conversation. I rang again in desperation and this time I was answered by another male whom this time confirmed that there were details of the booking and apologised for not having located my details.
Eventually, the booking was located but my complaint is with the attitude of the individual whom I found to be rude and unhelpful and could do with a refresher course in handling people and in how to represent meteor parking services."
